Well my experience has not ben a good one with In White. Although the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I had found a dress on thursday and was to have to pick it up the following thursday. The alterations were to be completed by the nest thursday . I drove 1 1/2 hours to find out that the dress was not even there. They didnt have the courtesy to call me and change my appointment fully knowing that the dress was not even there and had not even been started. I said I could possibly wait until 6 and come back because at that time supposedly the seamstress was on her way. Wrong. Well 1/2 half hour later I find out that my dress was not even started on and had been with the seamstress for over a week. I then had to return the following day and once again drove another 1 1 /2 hours two days before the wedding.. next week which was two days before the wedding and pick up the dress. I tried on the dress and it was horrible. Materials was all bunched up on one side and was not even fit to wear. I have pictures of this job and would love to post on here to show you. I have almost a dozen pictures of this job and am still fighting to get my money back. When you see the pictures you will flip She gave me a credit that must be used within 3 weeks. Wrong?? What is this? What kind of business is this?? They are very much overpriced compared to several others including Elizabethtown and others. Shopping for a gown was probably the part of wedding planning that I felt the most stressed about. I am a street size 14 and was really worried about feeling comfortable and feeling beautiful while trying on gowns. When I began my appointment with In White, they brought my aunt, my mom, and myself to an area that was just for us- no other brides. The consultant, Maly, gave us her undivided attention and asked questions to help figure out what style I liked and how I wanted to look. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for, and Maly was patient and never rushed us. I didn’t end up purchasing a gown during my first visit and there was no pressure from staff. I returned a week or so later (without an appointment) to try on one that had been on my mind, and they were super accommodating to me just coming in for that one dress. They measured me and provided information about alterations right up front so I would know around how much to expect when the time came and could budget appropriately. I ordered my dress in December 2014, and received it July 2015. They stored the dress until I began my fittings at the end of September. Each time, alterations would explain what they were doing and answer any questions we had. Each time, I felt like my time was valued, I felt like they were going to take care of me, and I felt like they wanted to do their best for me. I would recommend In White to ANY bride! Sheri and Maly are fabulous!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at In White Boutique in Lancaster! I heard about their grand opening and checked out their website before I could visit the store. Im no web-designer, but I was impressed with the quality of their website. When I was finally able to visit the store, I was impressed with the warm hospitality that Shari, the store owner, greeted me. She was very helpful when finding dresses and helping me to a dressing room. One of her employees, Kristi, helped me try on dress after dress that I fell in love with! It was fun being dressed up like a doll! Another aspect that I enjoy about In White is how they try to match the right dress for you and even have it in your price range! During my second visit, Shari picked a gown for me that had my "personality" written all over it! It definitely was the dress I bought because it was in my price range. During my third visit, I found bridesmaids dresses that matched the style of my wedding gown. Could I be even more impressed? I am so thankful for Shari and Kristis help during this whole process! I would recommend every bride to visit that store! They will bend-over backwards to try and help you! Make sure you schedule an appointment, though! Their store can be busy at peak-times, so you definitely want a bridal consultant to help you find the wedding gown of your dreams!

I had booked an appointment at this location for me and my bridesmaids in hope to find their dresses. When we arrived the consultant was helping another bridal party which was perfectly fine since we were a little early for our appointment. She was very nice and said she would be with us after she got finished with that group ok thats fine. Then it got worse a young lady came in without an appointment looking for a prom dress. When the consultant came over about 10-15 minutes after my appointment time by this time we already started trying on things because we were on a time schedule ourselves. All she asked was if I had any questions and that was the last time she helped us. The young lady that came in without an appointment had the consultants attention. suggestions from her my sister and I were trying to figure out what colors some of the dresses came in to see if we should even try them on. I will never use this bridal shop for anything else nor will I suggest it to anyone. There is much better places out their ladies. If you want a great experience please do not go here.

I had an amazing experience at In White! After having a few bad experiences with other bridal stores, I made an appointment at In White on the recommendation of my photographer. Im so glad I did! My first appointment was with Hazel, she was so patient and helpful.Shari and all the girls were so accommodating, allowing me to make appointments bring the rest of my bridal party in to see the dress since they werent able to make it. Since I bought my gown off the rack, it was about 4 or 5 sizes too big. At first I was doubtful that it would ever fit, but the seamstress, Maria, worked hard to make it possible! Even after 5 or 6 alterations appointments, no one acted sick of me! They always greeted me by name and with a smile. And most importantly, the day of the dress fit like a glove! I got so many compliments on how the dress looked like it was made for me. I loved being at In White so much, I decided to come back and be part of the team! I believe that wedding planning should be nothing but fun and thats definitely the approach at In White.

I first visited In White when they were in their temporary location. I arrived with my 2 Sisters (one of which is a “Bride- to- be” as well) and my Mother. Right away, owner Shari Kendall was extremely welcoming, even offering a nice glass of wine. She was very attentive and made the experience of trying on gowns very fun and comfortable. My sister found “The Dress” that evening and although I saw some GORGEOUS gowns, I didn’t find “the one”. A few days later I received a postcard from Shari announcing her Grand Opening on College Row. Their first day was Monday the 18th and I was able to swing by, but didn’t make it over until they were just about to close. Despite the time, Shari was happy to see me and even greeted me using my fist name, which was very impressive. I tried on one gown that evening and that was it, I had my “Moment”! I’m very happy to say that my sister and I will both be purchasing our dresses at In White and I highly recommend it for any Bride-to-be
