I bought my wedding dress here as well as my bridesmaids dresses. I was having my wedding in England and so had to work trying on/ordering/fitting/delivery around the times that I was home in the US and when I would be traveling back to the UK. Elizabeth and her seamstress were extremely helpful and made sure that my dress was ready to go back to the UK with me even though I only had two weeks between the fitting and leaving again! All of the staff were really, really, nice and really helpful all of the way through. I brought back three separate groups of people to see me try on my dress to make sure I had picked the right one and the staff were happy for me and my friends to come and have a play with the dresses! I also felt like they genuinely cared about me personally and my wedding day, and they understood how important and special everything was to me! Overall I only have good things to say about my experience with Sweethearts! I have since recommended them to friends and will continue to recommend them!

Purchased a bridesmaid dress from Sweethearts. Was persuaded to purchase a size larger then my gut instinct. We went back and forth about what size to order for a couple of weeks and I finally gave in, feeling that as the "professionals," they knew best. Sure enough, the dress is way too big on me. Tried on a fellow bridesmaids dress that is one size smaller and even that dress is too big! I feel like they tried to get me on all of the alterations Id need. The girl working was not sympathetic or accommodating, which was extremely frustrating since the dress was $215. I will NOT be using them for the alterations. Theyve gotten enough of my money.

Rachel was superb! I went in first to try on wedding dresses. I had one style in mind and hated everything I chose. Rachel then picked some out for me that she thought I would like and my dream dress was in there! When she helped with the flower girl dress a few weeks later, she made my 5 year old cousin feel like a princess. She was so patient as she tried on loads of dresses! Thanks Rachel for making part of the wedding planning process fun and easy! Also, Camrin did my alterations for my dress and was the sweetest!! She does great work and is so nice to work with!

I had an incredible experience at Sweethearts Bridal. I had gone to 5 bridal shops and this one was perfect. The place is clean, modern, has a large selection. the staff was friendly, and I had found my dress at an incredible price! I had Rachel and Kate helping me and they were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a problem with my payment and they were incredible and patient with the whole process. Overall Im so happy I chose to go to Sweethearts because I really found the perfect dress for the perfect day!

I have had an amazing experience with Sweethearts! All the girls in there are fantastic! They ordered a dress in just for me to see in person that they didnt have in stock; when I found the gown I was going to wear for my wedding and had concerns about where the waistline was, one of the girls reminded me of the fit by putting it on and e-mailing me the pic. They are prompt to return phone calls and e-mails, and I got so much one on one attention! I love this store and everyone there!

Very helpful staff, great selection of dresses, and a friendly atmosphere. I came in just to check out wedding gowns, but Sweethearts has quickly became my one-stop shop not only for my dress (which I love), but also for bridesmaid dresses, accessories, and tuxes. My entire bridal party has had a great time visiting the shop to try things on and check out the shops selection, and Camrins style advice and expertise were an added bonus. I definitely recommend Sweethearts Bridal.

I went to Sweethearts over the weekend to look at the Allure trunk show they were having. The service was excellent and every consultant at the shop went above and beyond to help me find THE DRESS! Elizabeth was excellent and was very knowledgable about the gowns. She was also very patient because we ended up trying a lot of dresses. They have an amazing selection and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thank you so much for helping me find my dress!

Horrible service! I went in with my maid of honor to look a the dress that I wanted for my bridesmaids. We were there for about 45 minutes and neither of the two sales ladies ever said hi. They could obviously tell that we were looking for something particular but never helped us...just walked by and looked at us. We then left. They lost a lot of money by ignoring us. Will never go back!

I really enjoyed my multiple visits to Sweethearts. The staff is professional and knowledgeable about the gowns, styles and fabrics. Rachel also helped me to see how dress will look once its altered to my specifications. There was never any pressure to buy, and they were always happy to let me come in a try it on "one more time." I am so happy with my dress and cant wait to wear it for real!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was visiting family from out of town and this was the very first shop I went to, to try on wedding dresses. Elizabeth was wonderful and very patient with me while I was trying on lots of dresses. I did not end up purchasing my gown from this store [I found one closer to where I live], however I would definitely recommend this shop! :)

Great selection of dresses for bridesmaids and of course- the bride! Great owner and definitely a place I would look for my prom dress. Cute and quaint little shop and a great place for formal wear. My sister loves her wedding dress and I love the bridesmaid dress. I definitely recommend it.
