Such a terrible customer service! The owner, Shirlene Rollins, had me waiting for 56 mins to pick a color of a tuxedo and has been rude and helpless ever since we paid for my fiancés tuxedo and my wedding dress. Once she gets your money youre not a customer anymore to her. I asked her if the dress she sold me was used. When I took it home I didnt take it out of the bag till I had to take it to get it altered. The dress had many stains and had a small rip on the side. I got the dress for half price supposedly. I paid $321 for it. But instead of getting a simple answer she was automatically defensive and talks and talks but wont offer a solution. She asked me to bring the dress back to look at it but why would I waste more time? She keeps making excuses when all I wanted to know was of the dress was used. I paid for another tuxedo for a groomsman and called her back 13 hours later to change the color. I asked her not to place the order but instead she went on and on about how she cant give me the money back. She does not listen!

JC Bridal is a great formal wear store. The owner, Shirlene serves with great customer service and honesty. Ive purchased for many formal occasions throughout the years. Her alterations department also does a great job altering and tailoring the pieces I have taken to the store. The store is quite large, there are plenty of dresses, wedding gowns, mens tux selections, accessories and more.
