My husbands bike broke down on the interstate about 12 minutes away at 830p at night. He was able to get to Advance but once he got there the employee on shift (8/18/2017) had terrible customer service and was extremely rude about my husband arriving for parts so late. Then, my husband asked for a ride back to his broke down bike on the interstate the employee had 0 sympathy and offered 0 help in the situation and was more worried about closing the store. Understanding its late at night, the employee could have offered more assistance or sympathy given the situation. Customer service is everything, especially when its a situation such as my husbands. If there was any other store open, we would have chosen it over this location. They may be a great company, but they need to work on their employees mutual care.

Friendly staff and good selection. If they dont have a part, they can usually get it in a day or two. Descent prices and nice rewards program.
