This is the second time that the staff has been unprepared to help me with my order. The manager, I believe is Juan, doesnt really care about customer satisfaction. I ordered something online that WAS IN STOCK ON LINE and I come to pick it up, and he says, sorry, were cancelling your order its not in stock. I asked if theres anything he can do, he said sorry im cancelling it youre gonna have to go somewhere else. Thanks Juan! Ill do that! Wont be shopping at this advanced again, really disappointed as the advanced in my hometown has great service...this one, not so much.

Called ahead and they had the parts we needed in stock. When I arrived shortly after, they refused to let me in the door. They turned away an entire parking lot full of customers because it was snowing. Had I been told they were closing when I called, I wouldnt have driven across town in the snow. Obviously they need to get home safely too, but they were more concerned about themselves than their customers.

This location has the most exceptionally rude staff. Be sure to do your research on parts before you go, and dont expect valuable advice. The employees are genuinely unhappy and it shows with how they treat their customers. This store in particular is due for a cleanse. Upper management needs to fire the older and jaded employees.

Completely rude woman working there. She refuses to serve cars outside until the line inside is clear. I stood in line for my turn, why should I wait for a never-ending line to clear before you just do a simple check engine light scan?? Isnt that part of your services, too??

Pulled in at 8:59 and these guys let me get a tire plug kit and let me borrow some plyers to get the screw out of my tire even though they were locking the door as I walked up. My tire had 8psi in it and I got it fixed and over to sheetz for some air. Thanks guys.

Last sunday i bought brake pads here. I used my debit card to pay. Then the next day my accout was zero out and my account was used to pay purchases at pep boys landove maryland. This auto shop was the only transaction i used my debit card.

Good luck making one trip here. Take your old parts with u and look the parts up first so u get the right stuff. The commercial in the back is the best......
