Low level of customer service quality, they dont appreciate your business. Purchased a Fix a Flat product, messed up my tire sensor, I called to file a compliant, first asked for the receipt, I found it, then said you should not buy Fix a Flat because it says on the product it is not save. Really? why you sell them? this is not a cigaret pack comes with warning, in fact I asked one of so called expert in the shop, is this product safe, he said" yes, we never heard a complain "

On more than one occasion I have ordered online and the parts were not in stock as was indicated at the time of the purchase. Often have to wait a day or two for parts. Save yourself hassle and just have it shipped to your house instead of picking it up in store.

This is the place I usually get parts. I like the location and staff. The only reason for four stars is this location doesnt stock nearly as many parts as the Sudley road location (due to being smaller). I do prefer the Gainesville store when possible.

Stood in line to check out for 10 minutes while employee stayed on phone talking to another customer. It seems to makes sense to service the one who is in the store with his wallet out before the phone call. I walked out without making a purchase.

Great carpenter but far from a mechanic. They always have what I need and the staff is very knowledgeable. Only had one problem there but it was fixed appropriately and quickly. I will definitely be returning.
