The first time I went in to "browse" for what I needed, I gathered quite quickly that you must ask if you want to know how much something costs. They do have shelves with inventory displayed for browsing, but you will not find prices on anything. It is also very clear that the guy behind the counter had little time for me since he was texting and ringing up my order at the same time...and paused several times to finish his text. It is clear who was more important. Not buyer friendly and very poor customer service. Clearly this is an establishment for only garages to place orders via catalog. Maybe the prices are listed there.

I called and reserved a water pump for our 2001 Buick Lesabre and picked it up the same day. My husband took our car apart and got ready to put the pump in only to see the clerk gave us the wrong part. The correct part was clearly written on ticket, the clerk pulled the wrong part off the shelf. This meant 50 minutes of driving to return it. When asked about a small discount to cover the cost if gas, the clerk refused. Next time, well go to another auto parts store.

They have parts that many part stores dont. I typically have to order my parts, but they arrive in the store later that day or the next day. I agree theres not much on the shelves to browse, but I know what Im looking for so thats ok. Billy is great. I cant say much for the other staff.
