Im not normally someone who complains. We have had the worst experience ever with this place that call themselves a car dealership .when we purchased our vehicle not even a full 24 hours into it we had problems with the car .we called and told them about it couldnt get any answer from them finally they wanted us to pay for it and we told them we were gonna return the car .They told us to bring the vehicle up to be fixed go there at opening and left the vehicle and went sight seeing around Manassas until it was fixed .we were called at 4pm later that day when we got there at 10am we were told that they couldnt find any issues when we thought they were fixing the car the whole time. Went back to the there shop and talked to the mechanics that are always sitting on there hands eating and not working and told them there was and issue told them the problem and then after being in Manassas all day they said ok will fix it. We finally got it fixed and were happy until the thirty day tags expired. we went to pick up the tags all the info on the registration was wrong and we only had sticker for a month because they said we need emissions done on the vehicle but we dont have emission where we live it was because they put down the wrong info the registration now the sticker are dead .we have a vehicle we cant drive . We have been going back in forth with this place for a month the original secretary is gone and sales manager since we have purchased the vehicle is gone we have called several times and get no response and get hung up on by the new rude secretary and we will never by a vehicle from this place again . They Have Poor Customer Service.

Let me just say they put a bad taste in me for independent car salesman. My experience here was far from a fairy tale...more like the thriller movies I love to watch...at the end of the finish line. A whole week of going back and forth with the vehicle repairs...and twice I stopped the bank from processing the loan. The second time the owner or who ever called and told the bank to continue on with the loan process without talking with me first...I intercepted the call...(in case you wonder how I found out that evening...after I told you no..go). The vehicle was what I had my heart set on, fully loaded. ONE thing that went deadly wrong...the TRANSMISSION. Driving to work on the 4th day the transmission would not change gears for 30 minutes. That was enough for me to be concern, scared, not to trust them, and change my mind. But in spite of that I was still gong to buy the vehicle against my better judgment. WE talked back and forth about warranties, the warranty deal continue to change...from 1yr to 5yrs.. lowering the price but it just did not feel right...and I asked for my old vehicle back, they continued to say they had given it away and could not get it back. Still not trusting them...and Friday I returned their borrowed car and carried along my tags just in case my car turned up.....Damn..in my face some how my car was there in their garage...you talking about glad to drive off their lot and get back to RVA soil...never again.

The cars they have are nice, some are a bit over priced, but for the most part they have a good selection. The reason Im giving a low rating is because of how I was treated. A little over a month ago, I walk up to the lot and a large group (salesman im guessing) were smoking outside. Ive never felt so uncomfortable or degraded. I was looked up and down by each person so utterly disrespectfully that I almost walked away to leave. I asked if i could see a car (I already had one in mind) and was answered by Mike? (I think thats his name) with a "oh, of course i can help you" while staring at my chest. I shouldnt even have to say this, but I wasnt dressed provocatively at all, plus Im only 18 years old. As soon as I got inside the building, Mike? was actually very nice following the initial disrespect. After I went for a test drive and returned, however, he got very rude and wouldnt look at me while speaking to me and pretty much stopped answering my questions. It was very odd and I left feeling really uneasy about everything. I didnt end up purchasing a car and will definitely not be returning.

Buyer beware. Love my car - hated how I was treated after purchasing it. Do not buy gap insurance through this dealership. I made that mistake and when I changed my mind and canceled with the 30 day time frame, the owner ignored my request for a refund and literally refused to take my calls. I had to work with the lien holder and gap insurance provider to force him to refund my gap payment. This is not how you do business. I was nothing but courteous and professional with these folks and I was not met with the same treatment. Its a shame really because I really do like my car but just had such a horrible experience buying it that I never really got the chance to enjoy driving it. After two months all is resolved and I can put this shady dealership behind me and enjoy my vehicle. One last word of advice, request a pre-inspection of your vehicle before you purchase it. Lucky for me I had someone who could fix my car but not everyone is that fortunate. Read everything you are signing, dont get the warranty and dont get the gap insurance. If you can, go someplace else!!

I was looking in the NOVA area for specific cars and had a trade in. Another independent dealer advertised the model I was looking for "in immaculate condition" that was anything but immaculate, and another franchise dealer had a super-clean still under warranty car that was a model down with great terms including my trade. Ryann and Frankie worked to get me a competitive deal on their car, matched the trade terms, a PPI checked out for major mechanicals and the car is a head turner. I have excellent credit, so it wasnt difficult to get financing and Finish Line specializes in credit challenges with some really great looking upscale cars, so be sure to check them out if youre looking for a BMW, Mercedes, Acura, or other upscale car without the upscale price tag, and while youre there, check out my trade-in and maybe take it home with you!

They scheme, lie, take HOURS to do any paperwork. I voiced a concern over the power steering pump, was dismissed, said it needed fluid (in fact it had a leaky o-ring and we had to replace the reservoir and o-ring) We had to fight with them on the phone to try to get our plates, they lied when they claimed they had sent them out, claimed they didnt have all of our info (which they did)....still waiting on plates.....When confronted about their dishonesty about our plates, I was told I was disrespectful and that I called to argue, and that saying they lied was wrong...what else would you call it when someone states your plates will be there next day, and then you are told it will be another day. I called to find out where my plates where, period..Poor, poor, poor customer service.
