Ive been a customer of Intersport for about 7 years. They have consistently beat the Tysons Porsche and Audi in price for all of my services. They also use the correct parts and perform the same service. I had this verified by a third party when I started using them for service on my Cayenne S. They are easy to work with and have always treated me well. I recently purchased a car from them and I was very happy. No pressure sales, they answered all my questions and always accommodated a test drive whenever I wanted to take a car out. Some things to note about Intersport, they are great but they are busy. For service call ahead and make sure you speak with Jason or Omar when scheduling service. Make sure that you have a ride or that they have a loner car for you (sometimes they dont have one). Like any popular shop they are working on a lot of cars. When buying a car Matt will take care of the test drive and paperwork but Omar is the one to deal with for questions and negotiations. He is easy to and friendly to deal with but hes also busy. Dont get frustrated with this because he will make time for you. Lastly, I typically dont always trust auto shops because I dont know what I dont know. But Ive done my homework on these guys. Ive spoken with other Porsche/Audi boutique shops about them and Ive heard good things. I also know several people who use Intersport and have been very happy with the work Omar and crew does for them. Ive been very happy with the work theyve done. They might not the be the cheapest shop in town (though they usually beat dealer service cost by about 20% to 30%+) but they do good work, use the right materials (OEM parts and manufacturer recommended fluids) and Id rather have piece of mind then going to a shop that is less expensive because they cut corners.

The Team @ Intersport has truly changed my auto buying experience for several years. I have purchased over 15 cars/trucks over the last 20 years, the last several have been from Intersport. They take their time to garner a better understanding of what I am looking for and recommend/guide me to the vehicle that would be right for me. I cannot say that about any other dealerships I have purchased from over the years. Over the past three years, I have not only purchased an 08 Porsche 997 S; 07 Mercedes S550; 07 Porsche 997TT; and 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee from The Team @ Intersport, but I have also traded in an 03 Porsche 996 C4S where they walked me step by step through the trade-in process and ensured I would be happy with the 08 Porsche 997 S I replaced it with. From search, to purchase, to maintenance; The Team @ Intersport have treated myself and my family with a great deal of respect and the highest level of attention to customer service. Not to mention, their follow through after any purchase as well as service has made me feel like a customer for life vs a "transaction". On the service side, their technicians are some of the BEST in the industry and have "SAVED" me from many mistakes. I can confidently say I am a customer for life at Intersport and thank the entire Team their for making my experience and all of my friends whom Ive referred and have purchased and/or serviced their vehicles with them an outstanding experience every time!! Thank you again Team Intersport!!

I had a horrible experience here. Brought my 996 in for a suspension change and to have winter tires put on. The work was done quickly and the service manager was really friendly and polite. When I went to pick up the car, the price was quite a bit higher than I was expecting (my fault for not getting a quote first, but a suspension install and a wheel swap shouldnt have been over a grand). I paid and left, and immediately noticed a loud CLONK. I turned around and drove it back. The mechanic came out and looked at the car. THEY HADNT TIGHTENED ANY OF THE LUGNUTS. NONE. Mistakes happen, right? I was fine until the owner came out, looked at the car, said "oh, aftermarket wheels" and left. I was livid. Because aftermarket wheels dont need tightened lugs, right? Anyway, they came out, tightened them, didnt offer me so much as an apology. I left, fuming. A couple of months later, I got a flat. Could not get the wheel off. They had tightened it so hard, the end of my wrench broke off. I had to get another mechanic to weld a tool to the bolt in order to get the wheel off. I will never bring my car back to these people. I had a horrible experience. It couldve been fixed with at least a follow-up call or an apology, but I received neither.

I have used the services of Intersport now for almost eight years. They are always responsive and by far more cost effective than any other service entity and far less expensive than the dealers. They track the service requirements of our two vehicles and alert us when maintenance is needed. The service professionals at Intersport take a personal responsibility with the vehicles that they service and make certain that the client understands any issues that they find upon inspection to make certain that the client stays ahead of the vehicle maintenance requirements, rather than finding surprises down the road. Lastly, this is a large business with many clients, yet there is never a time that the service professionals dont remember the client and the vehicle. I recommend Intersport to all that are concerned with the best service possible at fair market rates. Doug Once again had an urgent need to service on the CLK-320 of my wife and the service department responded and completed all work in less than a day. The quality was excellent and she has a "like new" vehicle. My experience over the years has been excellent.

Beware of purchasing from this dealer. Picked up my 06 911S with 35K miles on Friday and by the next Tuesday the clutch was slipping. When I test drove the car a week earlier there was a squeak in the clutch pedal and I was told it was just the spring that needed to be adjusted. With the clutch slipping I called to discuss the issue. I was told to bring the car in for them to look at. So I drove 250 miles back to Intersport. Omar was not very helpful, I had a car that was not running well and I was told the only way they would honor the repair was if I agreed to let them drop the transmission and check the clutch for abuse. At this point I didnt have much choice and I had hopes these guys were fair. With their self described Porsche expertise I think they knew exactly the condition of the clutch when I picked up the car. Sure enough they told me I abused the clutch in the 5 days I had the car and the entire costs of the repair was my responsibility. So close to $2000 later which Omar states was his cost the car was repaired. Dont just walk away from this dealer RUN!!

I came down to intersport at the start of my journey for my first porsche (from an s2000) from Pittsburgh because they had a car i was interested in. From the start of my emails with Andrew you could tell this wasnt the typical car buying experience - you can see the enthusiasm for the brand from the start. Andrew went out of his way to accomodate my schedule considering i was coming from out of town. I was at ease when i met him right away and we talked about 911s - it was my first experience driving a 997, up to this point i have been looking at the boxster s. The car was a great example and was phenomenal to a first time 997 driver. I looked around at his inventory which is amazing because of the particular spec of his cars. I had never seen a cocoa interior and he had a couple down there. So yeah - these guys are legit and a very pleasurable experience compared to the typical dealer experience.
