I have bought a lot of cars and I must say that this was the worst experience I have ever had. Found a car that I was interested in buying only to have two of their sales man try to rob me on my trade in. I was trading a 2011 Yukon Denali with ~96k miles. These Suvs are rock solid and so was mine as I had kept it up. Minus needing a wash and an interior vacuum the car was in great condition. Every dealer that has appraised this SUV understood the value of the vehicle and how popular it is when it comes to resell. Im not sure what happened that made them offer me $19,500 for my trade but I honestly felt insulted. When I mentioned that my SUV was worth at least $24,500 they all but laughed at me and ultimately told me to my face that its not worth that much to them. Im sure my SUV will still be running great when the 2009 Mercedes Benz S550 is dead and buried in junk yard heaven. If you ask me, either Mercedes Benz of Tysons is purposely trying to rip off honest hard working consumers or they are letting amateurs perform their appraisals. Needless to say I did not and will never as long as I live buy anything from this dealership. Overall they seemed to be nice people minus the older gentleman Joe that made slick/snide almost racist like remarks that I chose to ignore. Long story short I didnt buy they car and ended up going to a lexus dealer and getting a very nice Lexus LS460. And the part you have all been waiting for....drum roll..... they gave me $25,100 for my trade. :-) I didnt have to ask for more money as I felt that this was a fair deal. The moral to this story is that there are still some honest and fair car dealerships. Please read and take these reviews very serious. I ignored their reviews on google and gave them a shot because they had a car that I really wanted but in the end I wasted my time driving all the way from MD to Tysons on three occasions. Okay, Im done writing now as I feel that I have done my due diligence is letting you know how my experience went when visiting this dealer. Thanks to Pfez and Joe Im about to go and enjoy my new Lexus which has 15k less miles than the 2009 s550 I was looking at and that has a transmission that doesnt feel sluggish. Save yourself some time and trouble go somewhere else. These folks are not serious about selling cars. At least these two guys and their 10 year old appraiser were not. I wish Google would let you add pictures to your reviews. I would add a picture of my new Lexus. Its a beauty and is rock solid on reliability! Best regards, C. McCoy

Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner has a superb customer relations professional - a salesman, whose name is Wisdom Doamekpor. Thats right: his first name is WISDOM. If you are a first time buyer - or just curious to see the new models there, ask for Wisdom. We encountered him by accident, but what a fortunate happenstance it was. My wife and I were not disposed to buy a MB. We have been Audi enthusiasts, owning a beloved 2006 Audi A3 six-speed manual shift turbo that is now 10 years old. We intended to replace it with a comparable model, even though six-speed manual shift vehicles are no longer available in the US. Dropping by the Audi dealership on the north side of Leesburg Pike, we were quickly unimpressed by its selection and especially by the lack of enthusiasm of the Audi salesman who met us. We left for home, with no intention of replacing the Audi, but then detoured into the parking lot and show room of MB of Tysons. There we met a most gracious, well informed, helpful and respectful gentleman, Wisdom Doamekpor, who listened to what we were hoping to find - yes, he LISTENED attentively - and over the subsequent hour we looked at and drove a new cross-over MB GLA 250. Eventually we decided that this was a good choice, assuming the vehicles equipment, servicing arrangements and price were what we wanted. We would never had gotten that far in our decision making were it not for the graciousness, good humor and complete familiarity of Wisdom in helping toward the right decision. Steffi and I advise anyone even vaguely considering the purchase of a new car or even a used MB, to head over to MB of Tysons and ask for Wisdom Doamekpor. Whether or not you find there the car you want, well bet that youll greatly enjoy the hospitable, witty personality and well informed comments of Wisdom D. I assume that the dealerships management knows what a fine professional Wisdom is and that the quality of his work assured, certainly in our case, the purchase a Mercedes, a splendid new German-made cross-over that already has Steffi enraptured. She and I credit Wisdoms helpful and personable style, not to mention his comprehensive knowledge. Four thumbs up for WISDOM DOAMEKPOR.

Working with Justin Hudson was such a pleasure! I purchased a used car from Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner and I couldnt be more happy! The car is absolutely gorgeous, extremely low mileage, drives so smoothly, and I got a HELL of a DEAL! Guess what? Its a fully loaded KIA OPTIMA! I have affectionately named my car "Sugar Plum." I had been eyeing the car for a few days before I even contacted the dealership for a test drive, and finally I sent an email inquiring. Justin contacted me immediately and set up my test drive. Working with Justin was a dream, he didnt pressure me and worked with me to meet me at my ideal price as well (Which was a HELL of a DEAL, LOL). I test drove a lot of cars between test driving Sugar Plum and purchasing her and all I could do was compare the other cars to her! I wanted that car very badly, and thanks to Justin (and Adolph, sales manager) I got her! Justin made sure the paperwork was ready to go when I got to the dealership as not to inconvenience me after work, and even had them put a full tank of gas in the car as a courtesy (I was told they usually only reserve a full tank for Mercedes Benzes :)). He gave me Mercedes-Benz key rings, too, which are so cute. I had my own financing, but taking care of the payment and signing of the paperwork couldnt have taken more than 5 minutes. Justin also agreed to have my plates/registration mailed to me since I live in Maryland and they are in Tysons Corner. Im so happy that I found this particular dealership to buy my car as I dont think know that I could have done any better. Thank you, Justin and Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner for helping me get my fantastic car! I will definitely recommend you to others as well as keep you in mind when I need a new car.

Loved the experience I had at Mercedes Benz of Tysons. I was a random walk in looking for a sedan for my wife. I asked for some help and Mike from Pre-owned sales came out and greeted me. We spoke briefly about what I was looking for and he took a moment to show me a few cars, specifically the change in style of the new design. I sat around since no car seemed to match all the features and color that I want and he came by and said I think I found the car for you. Upon seeing it, it definitely was a hit. We took a test ride together and he described the features very thoroughly and answered a lot of questions I had. Absolutely no pressure at all to buy, he was there to assist and help as needed. Really enjoyed this part of the purchasing experience. I told him I needed to get my wife to give me the green light and he was totally fine with it. We came back later and needless to say my wife fell in love with the car. The upgraded AMG package was a nice tough too :) Mike worked with us through the paperwork and was very understanding when my wife had to leave early due to our infant son. He said its no problem, she came come back later and finalize the paperwork as needed. I stayed behind and sorted out my portion, and before I knew it I was driving home with my wifes new car :) I left with a big smile and felt very satisfied with my overall experience. Really great job Mercedes Benz. Whoever made these improvements in customer service definitely needs to be commended. Big thanks to Mike S for helping us through the process, you were fantastic!
