I usually dont write novels like this, but I was very much wronged by this dealership, and I hope to prevent anything similar happening to anyone else. My car was my baby, and it was totaled a few weeks ago. I looked everywhere to find a replacement it seemed - online, locally (Richmond), and in Northern Virginia. After weeks of looking non-stop, I found one at Cars4Best, and I was extremely excited when I test drove it, and it was actually in good mechanical condition, where all the others I had found had a range of issues. I got a quote from the salesman (which I will leave his name out, as I feel this is an issue with the dealership, as a whole), decided I wanted to purchase the car, called the salesman 3 days later to tell him I would like to move forward. He told me they still had the car, and I told him I wanted it, and that when I hung up with him, I would be calling my bank to get a loan. He told me they still had it and to go ahead with getting the loan. 2 days later, I had the money wired to the dealership, and I called when I was on my way to the dealership to buy the car (1hr and 15 minutes away, which they knew). I got there to buy the car, and I walked in, only for them to tell me they sold the car the night before. I understand them wanting to make a sale, but to know I wanted the car, that I had sent the money for the car, and that I was driving over an hour to get the car, knowing they had sold it to someone else already, its extremely UNACCEPTABLE! 5 days later, I am still waiting on the money to be wired back to my bank to satisfy the loan I have and am paying interest on FOR SOMEONE ELSES CAR! If I could have left 0 stars, I would have. If you want to do business with this dealer, I recommend you use extreme caution!

Please be EXTREMELY cautious when dealing with this dealership. I drove 50 minutes to check out a vehicle, when I arrived I was told that the check engine light had suddenly come on, but the code was checked out and it was a minor repair fix. The car did not look like the pictures. The license plate was hanging off by one bolt, it was pretty dirty, and the "I" decal of "PATRIOT" was missing. I insisted on taking the vehicle to a 3rd party mechanic to have it evaluated. Within 5 minutes, the mechanic told me to run away from this vehicle. All of the lights on the dashboard had been manually reset. The check engine light, a transmission light, etc. There was a transmission issue, low engine oil pressure, the blinkers were faulty, etc. 90% of their cars come from auction, (thats why their prices are lower) but they dont do any maitenence on them. They just sit on their lot, and re-set the codes so lights dont come up on the dashboard while test driving. I would not buy from this dealership unless I was a mechanic and knew EXACTLY what I was getting into.. PLEASE.. if youre on the fence about this dealership, its not worth it. Save your money, or go to a reputable dealership and spend more money so you have peace of mind.

My husband and I purchased a car from here a week ago do to mine being totaled and expecting our second child next month. My husband is a mechanic and can tell there was an issue with the car but was puzzled that there was no check engine light on. Yesterday the check engine light finally came on and show their are four seriously pricey things thats wrong with this vehicle. Not only did we spend a thousand over the asking price they wiped the check engine light thinking we wouldnt notice the issues. Go somewhere else this isnt the place for you while shaking your hand they will stab you in the back. I think public transportation might be a bit safer bet if you dont have anyone that has the knowledge to fix the vehicle for you since they are going to sell you a piece of crap. Worst car buying experience ever, I see why people dont trust dealerships! By the way the only good reviews about this place comes from the staff themselves, what a joke!

Customer service,Is way below average. You call them. they dont return phone calls. But if you owe a payment,Or holding them up from receiving a payment.Thats the only time,you would get a call back. If i was able to give them "0"stars,i would have. If i had a chance to do it all over again,i definitely would not! If they can get over on you!,they most definitely will. they will fast talk you to death,to make a deal happens. Brought my vehicle in june17 and still riding on paper tags. What happened to "Not"making the customer, feel like theyve been hood winked or jerked or feeling unsure.What ever happened to peace of mind! Damn!.(93.9% of their vehicles are from the auctions),No, maintenance is done. I didnt even have engine oil. Nor A/C. if your looking for honest salesmen,please look further. The only thing thats honest,Is that your purchasing a "Used"vehicle. Very disappointed!, in the service. No sense of urgency. #CustomerlifesMatter

This place is a joke! I spoke with 3 different salesmen on the phone about a vehicle I was interested in. One of them was the manager Tony. All 3 told me that it was in great shape. They said everything works mechanically no issues, and that the engine was running perfectly. I was very specific because I live 3 hours away. They assured me that I would love the car. I drove 3hrs today to waste my time! The vehicle was in terrible shape! The AC was broken, the back window was taped to the vehicle. Yes Taped on! Half the electrical in the car didnt work. The interior was ripped in multiple places, the armrest was laying on the floor. I dont even think it would have made the trip if I bought it. The pulleys were loose and the belt was shaking! Thats as far as I got into it. Whatever you do. Do not trust this place. They are terrible.

Este lugar es un dealer que no se lo recomiendo a nadie compre un coche hace 3 meses ahi y las placas me las dieron 2 meses y medio después me prometieron darme el carro con inspección pasada de Maryland y ahora no me quieren pagar el costo de la inspección por que el auto no sirve , dicen que ellos no tienen nada que ver , que me arregle con la financiadoro, en realidad es una porquería no se lo recomiendo a nadie

i absolutely HOPE whoever is reading these reviews, HEEDS our warnings to STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED PLACE. The owner will absolutely lie to you, and knowingly sell you a defective vehicle. Our newly purchased used car didnt even make it 10min down the road before the check engine light came on & it violently shook all the way home (we live an hour away). We took it straight to Firestone the very next morning only to find out theres a transmission problem. Car is DANGEROUS to drive less than 12hours after we bought it!!! This dealership has a lonnngggggg history of ripping people off...wish we had read the reviews BEFORE we bought. We are seeking counsel on how to proceed b/c us consumers have rights & this shady owner is about to get schooled!
