Total Package Auto I can describe in one word.... INCREDIBLE! They are friendly, understanding and easy going and so willing to help you in return for the same. I have never experienced a car buying experience like this in my entire life. I needed a car ASAP, they worked quickly to make it happen for me, even offering to pick me up from the metro to get there. My payments are what I can afford, and taken on the day that I am comfortable with. I am never stressed. If LIFE comes happens, they are so understanding willing to help you work it out so that you can afford to make payments. The car I purchased was ready to go when I got to the dealership and has been soooooo amazing from day one. I have had no issues whatsoever. I have taken the car into just be sure that there wasnt anything that needed to be worked on and it was perfect and has been ever since. I cannot say enough about TOTAL PACKAGE AUTO Alexandria, Ray and Ryan helped me from the very first phone call I made to their business. I am forever grateful. If youre looking for a used car they are the place to go!

Been through a lot with different dealerships. This is the first dealership that actually cared about my financial situation and worked with me. I have so far bought 2 cars from this dealership. Both cars were cars that other dealerships said "we cant get you into that". But even better then that my current car had a minor issue and I had moved out of state, ray and Ryan worked it out to get my vehicle serviced in a different state, not to mention they put me a loaner car!! Theres not 1 single dealership that would do that! If your looking for a quality vehicle Total package is the place to shop! I plan on buying more cars with them! Respect! Customer Service! I will probably never do traditional financing again..I love these guys. They are the most professional and have quality vehicles. I purchased a low mile, one owner vehicle and have had no problems. Regular maintenace and youre on your way. Best of all you pay off your vehicle in full in no time. It cant get any better than this.....I lucked up when I found this business....you can too!
