If I could give them zero stars I would. Went in on 11/5 to order a Stainless Steel electric range. Delivery company did not call 30 mins prior to delivery and showed up an hour before the delivery window I was given the day before. To top it off when item was delivered it was silver. Called to speak to manager day after delivery and he took my name/number and did not return my call. I had to go into the store in order to rectify the issue. Reordered the appliance again but when it was delivered today it was massively bent/damaged. Went into the store to speak to a Manager and was helped however the assistant manager was quite dismissive and when I explained that the first appliance was silver and not stainless steel she asked "Is there a difference?" Most likely the reason why this was botched to begin with. Employees dont understand there is a difference not to mention Home Depot charges $50-$100 more for stainless steel. Not only have I missed time from work to be around for 2 useless deliveries I have been without an oven for 2 weeks. I had to go out and purchase a hot plate and toaster oven. Thanksgiving is next week and no resolution. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

This location is very close to home, so its the store I tend to fall back on when I need something fast. In the last 3 months Ive spent a lot of money here and had horrible service most times Ive needed help. I have dealt with people in hardware, outdoor, lumber and tools. Ive had bad service in all departments. I had a gentleman from tools talk down to me and then just walk off not even answering the question Ive asked him because the hardwood i was in stalling wasnt purchased from them so he didnt seem to want to help me with the nails i needed . A gentleman in lumber wouldnt help me by cutting my moulding smaller so it would be more manageable when loading it into the truck and installing it. I mean 16 feet in any pick up truck is a little much. They shouldnt sell things in large sizes if they dont want to cut it down for people. The people walking around in each department are not always knowledgeable about whats in there department. Telling someone you arent sure if you sell something and where it would be is not great customer service. I will not go to this location ever again Ill drive out of my way and go to lowes

I purchased a $600 generator here less than a week ago and it stopped working. I just called customer service and the lady said multiple times "Once you put gas in it, its yours to keep." I understand your return policy on generators. At least point me in the right direction for warranty. Dont tell me with attitude that Im stuck with a $600 product I purchased from you that does not work. Also both the cashier and customer service were not knowledgeable about the $130 protection plan they tried to sell me. I specifically asked if the plan covers commercial use and I was told yes. Thankfully I waited to make a decision as I later found out from the 800 number it does not cover commercial use.

APPLIANCE BUYER BEWARE! My husband and I purchased a new washer and dryer from Home Depot (6501 W. Broad St.). During installation of the appliances, a plumbing valve was broken by the company installing the appliances. After almost a month of frustration and being passed around between GE, Home Depot, and the installation company, we were finally told that there was nothing HD could do unless we file an insurance claim. What ever happened to customer service and purchase satisfaction? The fact that we were left out to dry by Home Depot is so disappointing. I would not buy another appliance from them in the future, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

I worked for home depot, the employees here have not been trained and/or just dont care. Hardware is a mess and when I asked about a product Iwanted to purchase that had a missing label, no offer to look it up or figure it out, just basically "if its not labeled its not for sale yet" which is bs. Bust out your FIRST phone and print a damn label or find someone who can. So I went up front and requested a hardware manager or store manager, no body ever came so I gave up. If you need a consultant to come in and train everyone let me know, without excellent customer service THD is just an overpriced big-box store.

I purchased a dishwasher from here and scheduled the delivery and installation. When the delivery guys came, they refused to install the diswasher because of the piping under my sink and they told me that I needed to hire someone else to install it. I immediately had the diswasher returned since they wouldnt install it and I demanded a refund. After I got my refund, I bought the exact same diswasher from Lowes. They delivered and installed it with no problems what so ever. Home Depot is good if you want to buy a light bulb or a battery but, I recommend Lowes for major appliances.

James in Lumber has a great attitude and was a big help today getting a big piece of plywood cut and loaded into my crossover SUV as well as making sure I got all the remaining scrap pieces for which I had paid (I left It on the cart in the lot, doh! James is holding it for pickup tomorrow). The store is well managed and stocked whenever I visit over the past year or so. Class A associates that seem to enjoy working there. A+ in my book.

The staff here was polite and helpful. When I was contemplating some deep sockets that I needed for auto work, one of the employees noticed that I was having a hard time deciding and helped me figure out which specific socket I needed based on standard sizes for that type of work. I usually visit this Home Depot over the local Lowes for my tools and materials now with the local hardware store having closed.

Ive done several renovations with this Home Depot as my main supply. The staff is super helpful. At one point someone spent over an hour cutting and threading pipe for me. And he was happy doing it. The people at the paint desk are also noticeably more helpful than other places Ive been. I look forward to getting my home improvement supplies from this location.

3rd time in the store within a matter of 10 days and each and every time I came to pro services desk no one acknowledges me or a customer waiting to be served, no one asked if I needed any help, no one cared to see if Im on a specific time schedule or just have all day waiting to be cashed out! Your customer service needs some tightening up!

Home Depot....got to have one. We have used this store over the years. Mostly the contractor desk. Walter is our go to guy. He is a big help with placing our orders and making sure we have everything we need for the project we are working on. It is nice to see everyone smiling and enjoying what they do.

SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE LOCAL LOWES. The staff was super friendly - Steve, Chris and Larry were all so kind and a huge help. No attitude from anyone, unlike visits to other stores. Very informative staff and helped me for two hours, without being interrupted. Im now a HD shopper!
