These guys are the worst. I would get quotes from them and two other places. They were always the last place to send quotes. I asked for another sales person and was met with attitude by each one of them. Its not like I was asking for money back, I was trying to give them money and they seemed bothered and very unappreciative. Then I had a warranty issue that they were supposed to take care of for one of my customers. A year later she called and said no one ever followed through. When I called and asked the girl I was working at the time of the issue she refused and said maybe she would have taken care of it if I didnt fire her. At that time I did not have a salesperson since I had already stopped purchasing from them. I had to go to the sales manager who made no attempt to keep my business or apologize for the way the sales people acted. Terrible, terrible customer service. They care about their big accounts. They lost $100k+ worth of business because it. I buy most of my stuff from Loudoun Lumber in Purcellville. They deliver and I get my quotes back usually within an hour or two unless its a special quote. I do everything through email and they appreciate my business and have great customer service.

I love these guys. After terrible 3 weeks service by a small engine repair shop in Lovettesville, VA, I took my Stihl trimmer that wouldnt start to TW Perry. The tech told me to wait...I didnt even have to drop it off. He knew right away all he had to do was swap out the carburetor. Literally 10 minutes for a few screws, all done! I was so impressed I bought a Stihl blower on the spot. But I just didnt walk out the door with the box. Without asking, the tech unpackaged it, gassed it up, and made sure it ran correctly with a few minor adjustments. No charge. Now thats service.

HI I have been into T W Perry at least a 100 times in 5 years. I go to the retail store and find most things I need, no they dont have everything you want, but for a lot of the stuff the average guy needs, there Easy to get to, inside the Lessburg circle and no waiting, so its either 15min round trip or 45min. The prices are not to bad either, and they pick up the ph. GREAT PLACE.OH !! AND NEXT TO THE POST OFFICE.
