I will NEVER use this location or any other EVER AGAIN. The lack of customer service and general knowledge is amazing.. Back in October/November I placed an order for a brand new kitchen. Was excited and thrilled! However, after I picked up "all" my cabinets I realized they forgot my sink and an end panel. My contractor had to hunt down the end panel and pay for it ALL over again after I had purchased it back in October. When my contractor went to install 1 upper cabinet, 1 lower cabinet and 1 pantry style cabinet we found them to be damaged. So after 3 weeks of trying to get this matter taken care of I finally got a hold of the man in kitchen department who originally sold me the kitchen. Another month went by with out a kitchen. When I finally got the 3 damaged pieces replaced, 1 was the wrong upper cabinet, I said screw it just put the damaged one in. I then get a phone call saying I owe $800+ ... I paid for my ENTIRE kitchen in October!! Even paid for the items I NEVER received!! They need to get their accounting together, they need to get their managers to call customers back when a customer calls numerous times and NEVER receive one!! I will NEVER refer any one to use Home Depot EVER again especially when they are purchasing a ticket item over $2,000.00. I dont write reviews, but after the phone call I received today I felt it necessary to advise customers to stay away from this company!!

I was in the Henrietta store approx a month ago. doing a return. The clerk was nasty, disruptive and RUDE. She talked over me several times then got the manager and lied to the manager. Later on while shopping in the store - 4 employees cornered me and threatened me. One guy said he was the security mgr for the region. He pointed his finger in my face several times, spoke LOUDLY and threantening to me and said I better NOT dare be rude to anybody in the store again. I told him he needs to stop threatening by his finger pointing in my face and yelling at me. I told him it was the store clerk - a female African - that was rude. He replied - thats her job. Stay away from these nut cases. There again today - the register screen repeated itself 36 times and as I counted aloud - this was @ the Pro- desk check out - the litle nasty girl kept telling I was being rude to her - This store has pyscological and race issues. Dont go there if you are white, if they threaten you or if the register malfunctions - they will threaten you. Called the Home Depot zone area - they told me NO employee has the right to threat anyone in their stores - lets see how far this goes

This is by far the worst store Ive ever been in. Last November I purchase an expensive item from them. It took an hour and a half because no one would assist me in my purchase. I then had to load it on my truck because yet again no customer service. It will now not start. I call Home Depot and they could care less as they only have 30 day return policies, telling me to get a technician from a repair shop. While I understand return policies, I do not understand how a place can have such bad customer service. I had to ask 3x for a manager. He apparently didnt want to be bothered with a customer. Never making a large purchase here again.

I buy local when I can, but home depot does the trick when I need something particular and in bulk. The staff are helpful generally, but every so often youll find someone who is rather confused by what youre asking, or they treat you like you know nothing. General complaint with Home Depot as a company: I hate their policy that every staff member needs to say "Hi" to you every time they see you. Its obnoxious and clearly fake when they do it. Id rather they just ignore me and say hi when I confront them with a question. In one quick trip, I will be confronted with at least 20 "Hi"s. I dont need that to be a satisfied customer.

The store mis-labeled a product ($159 vs $119). The store manager came over and argued with me saying the item wasnt priced at all. There were 2 price tags right next to it saying $119. He was dismissive and rude. Will not be returning.

The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The store is very neat and organized. Whenever I need tools, hardware, or lumber, I always go to this Home Depot. If I need something cut, theyll do it right there, no charge.
