Read the details... Five Stars: Paint Department, tools and lumber ONE Star: Lighting. If you are ever lucky to find someone who works in that department or even have customer service find someone, you are the luckiest person alive. Seems only a single person who is always on break or at lunch knows anything about what that department sells. The rest of the store is so-so. Management is severely lacking there. Not impressed with the overall customer service (beyond the random great floor person there). I only go here for mere convenience. Its another 4 miles to hit the far superior HD on the other side of 95 or the eh Lowes at Central Park.

A year ago I went to HD to return a pack of screws from some home project. $3.00, maybe. The girl at the return counter wanted my name, address, DL#, the whole works! When I refused they refused my refund. Fine. My privacy means more to me than that. But I didnt think it was fair. They didnt require it when I was giving them money. Today, same thing, except this time I had my receipt. I showed the girl my DL but refused to let them copy my information. I didnt want a refund, just a credit, we were going to buy other stuff. Nope, not without giving them the rights to my first-born. Bad policy.

Being in the military I have been to several Home Depots all over the U.S. From Michigan, Ohio, and California and this store has the best customer service Ive seen from them all. A very helpful staff that was understanding and willing to assist me in my troubles. Purchased a bathroom faucet that was missing pieces and the staff made it right. A special thanks to: Sheila, George in Plumbing, Gina, and Cynthia. Keep up the good work folks. All deserve a raise or paid time off.

Most of these employees are very lazy. Theyre just walking the store end-to-end playing on their phones.Ive had plenty of time to watch them as Ive been waiting for this isle to open for about 20 minutes to get something 6 feet from the gate. No forklift, nothing. What gives? My time is apparently worthless to these people.

Unfortunately while I was digging a footing for a deck I found a sprinkler supply line a long with its electrical wiring. This home depot did not have the wiring that I needed however Michael in the electrical department made some phone calls and found a supplier that had what I needed. Now thats service with a smile!

Smug, condescending customer service, if any at all. Extremely rude and dismissive. Definitely will not be returning. I think the employees and management must have changed within the past year or so. Previously did not have this kind of experience. Would have gladly rated 5 stars then.

This Home Depot is much better than both the Lowes and the other Home Depot off the 95. Always very knowledgable people to help and NEVER your stereo-typical aloof, rude home improvement sales people. I always got here with my husband and will continue to be faithful to this Home Depot.

I went to buy a compact refrigerator. It was too heavy for me to lift. I asked an associate for help and to getting it to my car. I was told I had to get it to the register myself and then someone would put it in the car for me. So, I left and gave my business to Lowes!!

We usually get pretty good customer service at this location and the store is kept up fairly well. Have had a few issues with out of stock items or clueless folks, but generally a good experience here.

Great store, always has what Im looking for and the staff is always helpful. The kids workshop on the first Saturday of the month it awesome; my daughter and son loves doing it.
