There is always staff walking around helping answer any questions. The paint area where they mix and match paint is very well managed. If you have to go to the back of the store (you ring the bell for service) where they make keys and store large and heavy items like concrete the wait time can sometimes be long 10+ minutes. Overall an excellent alternative when you dont have the time to drive all the way to Home Depot or Loews.

wouldnt take a return because it was a close out...really...will never shop here again...totally disgusted...ace, not the neighborhood place when you have a return!
