I needed a new refrigerator. I went to Home Depot on a Saturday. I talked to a salesman, and he showed the refrid to us. He pulled the sticker off the frid and checked availability and gave me a price. We went home and came back the next day. A different person was working. She showed me the refrid again, got the sticker off the refrid, and sold us the refrid. She setup Friday for delivery. A private crew delivered and removed 2 refrigerators from my kitchen. They were very professional. When they unloaded the refrid, it was a cheaper, wrong model. I called to the appliance department and got a hold of yet another lady. She was very pleasant and said it needed taken care of immediately. She checked in to it and came up with that someone had marked the refrid wrong. It was still marked wrong. So for at least a week, they, in my opinion, false advertised that refrid. She agreed. I told her I had to go get ice for a cooler for now both my refrids were gone out of my kitchen. One was bad, but other one was fine, but old. She said dont go right now, because I am going to see the manager right now and get it handled. She said he would be calling me in a couple minutes, so stay here. 1 1/2 hrs later, I still hadnt heard from the manager. Meanwhile I looked up on their website the correct refrid. It was $600.00 more. I waited 15 minutes on hold, an finally got an operator. I asked for the manager. She put me through. 15 minutes later, I’m still on hold, and the operator came on again. I told her again, I wanted to speak to the manager. She put me through again, and again I waited. Finally the manager picked up. I asked him if he talked to the appliance department, and he said he had. I asked what are we going to do about this. I informed him that they have been advertising the same refrid for at least a week at the wrong price. I asked him how many other people got shafted the same way? I explained to him that they had taken my refrid, and now Im in bad shape. He could care less. He said he would have to go to the appliance department and check into it. I said I would wait while he walked back, because I have been on the phone for over an hour. He said he couldnt go back because he was on the phone with me. I said you must be the only store around that doesnt use cell phones.. I was getting madder by the minute. I asked what are we going to do. He said he didnt have the authority to give me any kind of discount on the right one, not even on the floor model. He said I would have to call Home Junkpo for any negotiation. I said I would be going on social media and tell my story. He didnt care. I told him I was calling my lawyer on Monday, and then he said he would have to quit talking to me in that case. I told him all I wanted was this straightened out. I said " How long would it take to get my money back"? He said a few days. I never told him I wanted my money back. We hung up and he said he was going back to appliances to check on it. In about ten minutes, he called back. He said I was able to process your credit card, and returned my money right away. I told him, I never asked for my money back, he even agreed. He wanted out of that sale apparently pretty bad. He was crude, rude, and wrong. I will never buy anything off that democrat socialist store again. I went to Lowes, got a similar model and it was delivered the next day. Dont get jerked aroud, go to Lowes.

Dont let them ruin your day, just go to Lowes. Paint section has terrible customer service! My husband and I went in to grab exterior paint for a small project. When we asked the employee Tracy at the paint desk about a specific product she informed me that what I wanted didnt come in pint size. When I asked her what my options were, she told me they didnt have anything and rolled her eyes as if I was inconveniencing her. After going back and forth with our confusion on how it was impossible for Home Depot to not carry a decent pint size exterior paint, I asked to talk to a manager and she was reluctant. I eventually asked someone at the checkout register to call a manager. The manager helped us without hesitation but I wonder if Tracy will face any reprucussions for her terrible attitude so close to the holidays. This is exactly why they make those puppet commercials that criticize Home Depot Staff. Working in customer service is a choice.

After spending 45 minutes waiting for a countertop estimater come off her break, she come back with an attitude because she was called off from break twice. She then preceeded to tell us that we couldnt get countertops unless they were installing them. Her associates did not say that, actually they were encouraging us to stay around a little longer. This is terrible customer service. I will never step foot into another home depot again. It is only Lowes for me from now on out. Oh yeah. Lowes says we can buy countertops without them installing them. Thank God for Lowes!

Great selection, great inventory arrangement, had better selection of u-shank jigsaw blades and files than competitor(Low3$). Awesome prices and quick, pleasant cashier. Cashier also offered customer that was in front of us a drink because he had a very large purchase and looked fatigued. This is the type of customer service that has been disappearing and needs revival. Thank you Home Depot for making things easy and pleasant, I will definetly shop there again.

Im a Lowes fan, but Ive come here to price shop. Sometimes they are higher, sometimes lower. This location is not bad. Laid out like most home depots so never is to hard to find what you need to get in and out. Store is kept well and organized. Never needed help so i cant really report on the people but they seem nice enough. Not a bad location over all.

Had a great experience with Claire D. and the tile Department. Was searching for cheesecloth and inventory showed 11 available but none were found on the shelves. My typical experience was that the associate would have given up right there but Claire went the extra mile and found what I was looking for. Made my week. Good job Claire D.

Moved here six months ago, and have consistently had good service from knowledgeable staff. From selecting exterior doors to roofing materials Ive always been treated with respect and a friendly attitude. And compared to other stores, and other Home Depots, seem to have good selection and maintained stock.

$19,99 truck rental?? STAY AWAY FROM THAT! I rented it for 90 minutes and ended up paying $45. So, I recommend you to go to Budget or U-Haul. You can rent a bigger truck,for 24h for less money than that. I rented in Budget a 24 truck for one day and it was $40 bucks.

Lumber... #2prime? Is this supposed to be without knots and not bowed? Our search was through many to find 2 that were... okay.. my thought is that prime should be prime. #2 a lesser quality. Not combined in description. Busy store. Busy employees. Nice cashier.
