You can buy an appliance anywhere, but few places offer the customer service and support offered by Altantic Appliance. We purchased both small and major appliances from Atlantic. The pricing was fair and competitive. They offer a wide variety of appliances and manufacturers, so we never had a problem finding just what we wanted. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable, but if they dont know something about the product you want, they find out for you, and quickly. Every question received an almost immediate response - either in person, by phone or email (my preference). They have stood behind every product we purchased 100%. I would never go elsewhere!

We wanted to upgrade our range from Electric to duel fuel and got great help from the sales/service staff at Atlantic appliance. It was good to see the high end selections and get measurements and see the actual back of units. We are now using our new range and appreciate the gas range and electric oven. Also, stopped by the hardware department and would suggest those making selections for a new home to see the exceptional hardware they have. Had serious problems with 2 of the 3 Jenn Air appliances that I ordered and all they told me was good luck in dealing with Jenn Air. The reason that I decided to buy thru them was for customer service if I had a problem otherwise I would have used Sears. My appliances are still not working correctly and it has been 6 weeks and they havent even called back to check to see if I got the problem resolved. I had to deal with Jenn Air directly by myself

The salesman who sold it to me was extremely knowledgeable and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The delivery guys were prompt, courteous, did a great set up job and were quick!
