Why on earth would you go anywhere else? I am a native of Wilmington and this is one of Wilmingtons best kept secrets to a good many people. They know hardware! And I mean anything from glue to the right bird food, to cutting plexi-glass per your measurements, fixing and tuning your weed eater or edger or similar yard tools and so much more! And keys! They can cut keys! Most any keys to perfection, even if the dealership or whoever says it cannot be done. They can do it most of the time. If you have a project that needs a special screw or other hardware that you just cannot find, or are confused about, dont procrastinate, just take it or a picture of it to them and they will "get her done!" and get it out of your way and off of your list. The customer service is what it SHOULD BE! And the prices are comparable if not less than the large corporate hardware stores. Even if it were a few cents more, I would prefer paying a few pennies more to get my project done quickly and correctly the first time.They will save you money and time in the long run for sure! A GOOD PRODUCT IS NOT NECESSARILY CHEAP, AND A CHEAP PRODUCT IS NOT NECESSARILY GOOD. They are fair, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Just try Craft American Hardware on Wrightsville Avenue, near Wrightsville Beach, and see for yourself. You wont stop going once you go and see for yourself. You are Welcome. Im used to go to Home Depot and wait untill somebody comes to help me, and then they have to call somebody else for that department, and sometimes they cant find anybody. That does not happen at craft, everytime I go there they are nice and really helpfull. They seem to know more about what they are saying.
