These guys are great. They made a key for me that when I tried it, it worked (went in and turned the tumbler) but I could not get it out of the lock (and it was on the outside of the door). I called them for suggestions and instead Frank Jr came over to the house and got it out for me. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!! Everyone in the store is always so helpful but this put them over the top for me.

While they may not have everything the bigger stores have, I always make this my first stop and try to get as much as I can before conceding to the other stores. And if they dont have it, chances are they can order it! Every employee bends over backwards for you and the owner is always appreciative of the business. You certainly cant get THAT from a big box store!
