DO NOT EVER GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE FOR REMODELING. We got carpet installed and it took two months for the people to come. They bsed us for weeks and we ended up paying hidden fees for an install that supposedly was free. It was not free. Then the guy who put the carpet in had to do it all himself when we paid a few hundred bucks to get furniture moved. He is still here, super small guy thats not going to be able to move this stuff himself. In addition to the fees the guy sweat all over the new carpet: we are demanding a floor cleaner! Disgusting!! Then we got granite installed for new counter tops. Those people were also late and got saw dust in our dishwasher and cabinets. I spent hours cleaning. Do not ever call these idiots. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars and got screwed.

Man, long time coming on this review. Ordered online and got a call, they were short 1 item that they could order in the next day but that my order was ready to be picked up, had exactly 45 mins to drive 1.1 mile and pick this up. After spending 20 mins in line they can find my order in the system and then after 5 mins they find it and then spends another 5 mins locating my "ready to be picked up order" its not ready, told they would or I would have to pull it. Would have been easier to just get like a normal purchase. I dont go anywhere expecting much from anyone in terms of customer service as to not be disappointed with the peter pan like attitude in Wilmington in general, so anyone who knows me, this place must suck hard for me to leave a review.

My husband and I needed to get 4ft by 8ft sheets of wood cut into 8" strips(8inches by 8ft). The guy in the number section told us to place the order at the service desk. The 2 ladies there didnt know what they were doing and didnt understand what we wanted and ended up telling us that they couldnt cut it 8" that the smallest cut was 12". Really??! So I went to the Home Depot In monkey Junction and they told me sure we can do that for you. And 20 minutes later it was done. The Home Depot in monkey Junction has a much nicer atmosphere to it. The people there seemed to know more of what theyre doing. The Home Depot near Eastwood road seems to be very understaffed and not very knowledgeable.

Visited Home Depot on 5-30-2017. I was shocked at the poor service and rudeness of employee Jonathan. My husband and I asked him where the tin roofing was he never spoke, just pulled it up on computer and gestered with wiggling his finger for my husband to come to the computer. When we ask where it was located he said " over yonder"!!!! My husband asked him where over yonder was he replied "I dont know". I will not be back, unbelievable how this company continues to hire rude, unprofessional people. Please fix this corporate management, if not for us maybe some of your future customers.

NO comparison to the other guys. Might be one exception in the store, but other than her, customer service at this place is terrible, and I think it starts with the manager. I have been lied to and lied to about a delivery, still dont have it. People seem annoyed by customers, maybe they are too overworked, I dont know. Some good customer service goes a long way. I tried to come back because of one shining star in millwork, but they have severely disappointed. Im going back to blue. If youre a pro, or serious about construction, dont waste your time here.

I used to go to Ladies Night Out on the 3r Thursday of each month, but the way its been run lately, I havent been in over 4 months. The ones that used to help do it are no longer helping and they were wonderful. It used to be my one thing that I enjoyed doing! But the last time I was there was not fulfilling nor fun. Ive seen a decline in the activity each month. Not sure if I will go back. Thanks for disappointing a crafters enjoyment. Please bring back the ones who were helping and maybe I will think about coming back.

Bought a new kitchen cabinets and most of the measurements were done wrimh by them. I have a corner cabinet that is unusable due to the stove blocks, cabinets cant hold platters, and 2 layer utensil draw is broke just yo name a few. I tried to calling to redo and Charles who is the manager that it would cost a 15% restock fee even if its their fault. They want to charge 100 bucks every time someone comes to measure. These are the most disrespectful and incompetent people. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE FOR REMODELING.

You cannot find friendlier or more helpful people. We are opening a restaurant just up the road on Market Street called Tongys Shmackhouse, and since we are 4 young guys who dont have all the money in the world backing us, we had to do most of the work ourselves. Every time we hit a wall in renovations we went over there and they always seemed to know the right answers to get the job done correctly. We really appreciate the store and all the employees who helped us, particularly the young guy in tool rental.

Completely inexperienced employees. In the past they would hire people and put them in departments where they were most qualified like putting an electrician in the electrical department. Now there are more women working there than men which is great but women cant lift heavy things and none of them have actual experience in where they are placed but the main thing is they need more staff and Home Depot wont do that because it would cut into their profits

I tried to buy a rake. I wanted to take the screws out of the handle to fit it into my car. 1st cashier said she didnt have a tool set, went to commercial desk, said she didnt have a wrench to take the screws out. This is Home f#@king depot and no employee could find a pair of pliers or wrench to remove a screw. This place needs better customer care/intelligence. I left the rake and walked out.....

I am having my cabinets refaced. I called the rep a couple of weeks ago to change the color, same cabinets. I was told they were ordered and I would be receiving a call for the installation. Thats been several weeks and no call. Of course they make you pay upfront so now I have to settle. Poor customer service and this should have been an easy request.

Ive been twice and I was treated with no respect at all. Specially by some manager named Steve. That guy has no respect at all. The guy treated me in a very racist way on both time. The second time he even decided not to speak to me at all which showed how rude he was. They need better friendly managers that treat the customer with respect

Lots of store staff and everyone smiling and helpful this morning. Merchandise in stock and exactly where it was supposed to be. Restroom very clean as well. Store is conveniently located just north of the University. Easy to navigate parking and stoplights available for easy access in and out of the shopping center.
