We returned an Uhaul trailer a day early that we had rented, we called and told them it would be after hours and they said to just drop it in the lot, so thats what we did and took a picture (that is date stamped) of it beside other trailers. You can see that they have a surveillance camera facing the lot and you would believe that would be all they need to check what time and day we returned it, but I guess it doesnt work. They charged us an extra day and was very hateful over the phone when trying to get this resolved and we still havent been refunded our money. I own two businesses myself and Trexler Hardware has been one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anybody!
