Slightly overpriced, but Pitkins always seems to have what you need. Customer service is better than big box stores. Ive never had someone tell me what aisle and let me fend for myself. Higher prices offset by discount cards if you become an Ace member. Good store overall. But generally 5 - 10% higher on most items.

Yes, its good old fashioned service like youre in a small town complete with a small town young lady behind the cash register with the guy whos interested in her hanging out by the register and the two of them making fun of the customers that come in this relatively unnoticed store.

The staff is fantastic and really care about their customers! I recently had a stroke so am home bound. I had a problem with something that I needed and they were able to take care of me. Few places go that extra mile for people that are disadvantaged. Thank you so very much!!

Great neighborhood hardware store.. The employees bend over backwards to help you find what you are looking for. The stores have everything you need to keep your home or business looking its very best. Call them now if you need help...they have 3 great locations.

Nothing special about the service. Ive visited this store many times and just like Home Depot or Lowes the offer of help without asking occurs proportionately. I use this store when I cant find something for which Im looking. Too pricey otherwise.

Would go here for any question on any kind of question related to do-it-youself repair around the house. Also carry a variety of products though compared to Lowes or HD they dont have the selection. Thats why they are 4/5 stars.
