I dont think this location deserves any starts at all. I thought I could use some professional advice from a person worked at their pluming section, clearly it was a mistake. I flagged down a lady that worked there and asked for assistance, I was told " I dont work in this section but I will be paging someone to help you." I waited and waited, for about 5 minutes no one showed up. I was on my way to their customer service desk but I saw another worker so I asked if he could page the person in their pluming section, he did that but again, I waited and waited for another 7 to 8 minutes no one showed up. Finally, I heard another person on the next row helping another customer, he too said that hes not working in pluming but he pointed me to a man named Clement(I think, that was his name). I asked this Clement guy if he worked in pluming section, he nodded but thats all he did, he expected me to go to him instead of making the effort to come to me. However, I asked him to come with me where I needed help (where he should have been since it was the pluming section), first he did not know much about what I was showing him (a piece of sillcock valve/ outside faucet), second just showing me what I already had seen, then he told me "we are not in pluming business, if you need more things I suggest you go to a pluming supply store." I had a few other bitter experiences at this location, I let them go but it seems like the service in here has been going from really but to EXTREMELY Fd up. I would rather drive a few miles farther to Lowes and get better service.

So I bought a washer/dryer set from Home Depot Thrusday. Home Depot said they will call me the day before on the appointment time they assign you for the next day. The appointment time is not optional. So I received a call Friday that my installation will be between 1-5pm on Saturday. So next day Im waited and 5pm comes around and havent got a phone call saying they on there way. I called Home Depot and the rep was unable to get reach the contractor after a 45 min wait. I asked if I can reschedule. Home Depot rep said the contractor is closed for Sunday and Monday and all I can do is wait. 1 hr and 30 mins later I receive a call saying they 5 mins away. The first thing the guy says to me is whos in charge. He was very rude. Then he ask where does the units go. Once he saw the location he said he cant install the dryer because of the outlet and all he can do is just drop it off. I felt he was just rushing because he was behind. I told him I purchased the power cord for the dryer through Home Depot so let me give them a call and get this situation figured out. He says he cant wait. I reply back to him you are a 1hr and 30 mins late you can wait 5 mins for me to make a call. So Im making the phone call and he just leaves. I called Home Depot again and told them about the situation. I plan on returning the order and taking my business some where else. I DONT NOT recommend Home Depot for appliances because of this experience to anyone. I will put zero star but its not an option!

This is the worst Home Depot Store EVER! We are a military family and have always enjoyed the military discount at Home Depot and Lowes. Lowes and all of the Home Depots honor it - EXCEPT the HOME DEPOT at Sterling. They give me a hard time every time I buy something. I have my husbands DOD card and it is accepted everywhere. As you can imagine, he is rarely with me when I shop. This store is close to my work, so I pick up things at lunch time. NO MORE. I will go to Lowes. Ive had to call the manager 3 times to get the discount honored. This time, Chander the check out guy was unhelpful, so I made him call the manager.Emma was called and she was a jerk -she begrudgingly honored it this time but said she would not do it again. No worries Emma and Home Depot Sterling. I wont be back. I will be going to Lowes where they appreciate and honor a military family. If you are going to offer a discount, honor it. I usually do not do this but I found it unfair if I do not share my experience with this store. I recently purchased a refrigerator and the associates were extremely helpful specially Emma in appliance...she is very professional, extremely patient and very helpful...definitely one of the best customer service I have ever received...she well deserves 10 stars!!!

Worse customer Service, they messed up our order of pretty large amount and were not helpful at all on top of that very rude. The rudest one was the manager Norvell. These guys need to go to other location to learn customer service. Other homedepot locations in the area are way better. I couldnt submit less than one star otherwise I would have.

A good Home Depot, they have what you need. The main problem is that it can be impossible to find someone to help you find anything you want. Sometimes you get a cashier that seems to either not care at all, or just seems like youre just annoying them by checking out, but not all are bad.

Usual long wait to find someone to answer my 20 second question although a guy who was selling air conditioning happened by and went out of his way to help. Wish everyone at home depot was like that. Theyre getting better but still a ways to go.

Went there to return an item today and what I ended up getting was an attitude from the Cashier. I am sorry if you had a bad day but thats not my problem. You gotta keep game your face on and fake it or get a different job. VERY RUDE!!

They dont have help on the phone and when you go to the store its worse everyone wants to pass the problem to the next person. I spent 45 mins looking for a simple floor piece. They need more than help. They need training.

This is a really nice HD. Store is really clean and the shelves were fully stocked. My local store often seems to be sold out of some items that I need, but this store looked to have everything in stock.
