On august 12 ,2017 about 6:30 pm, my son and I waited in line for a half hour only to have their register jam. The manager told us to wait for it to unfreeze. After 10 minutes of waiting, he decided to offer us a drink and cookies. I accepted. He went ahead and called the company for assistance. They verified the charge went through but did not generate a receipt. They wanted to charge me again. I asked him to verify the previous charge was cancelled. He said he would have to call the company again and all I had to do was call customer service. I left with no merchandise or cookies or a drink. Now I have the chore of calling customer service. He had more time to flirt with the employees than verify my refund. Such poor management.

Great for reasonably priced tools. Remember to always get a coupon every time you go. They also give away a free item if you are aware of it. So look for those on print or online to get free stuff with your purchase.

I like coming here for shopping while other ladies go to clothing store. Because, I get to spend money and at the same time, I get the cheapest price in town for tools that could cost fortune.

The manager of this store is very rude with customers , we returned a brand new tool which didnt work and not only he didnt accept but also yelled at us.
