This shopping center does not fit in with the rest of Herndon. It needs serious maintenance, including paving the parking lot, fixing the landscaping, and repairing the street lights. The facade needs an update as well, and some paint. There are many vacant storefronts. The place feels dirty and somewhat sketchy in the daytime, and Id go as far as dangerous at night because most of the lights in the parking lot are out.

Theres an AutoZone, Hispanic mart, laundromat, and pet place. There is more stuff, but I cant recall the names. Steady volume of people in and out of this little shopping center.

The shopping centers parking lot is in very bad conditions for many years. The stores within are ok depending what you want to get.

While the grocery store and Dollar Tree are nice, this place looks pretty dingy and many storefronts are empty at all times.
