a Go-To place. IF they dont have it...they can usually get it. High quality Food EXPERTS; the staff routinely give presentations at various dog clubs in the local area. They are very supportive of the pet community and participate in just about every pet "event" throughout the area. As someone else said, this is NOT your usual pet store. This is more like a pharmacy/health food store for pets. Good range of leashes, collars, training supplies...all high quality. Highly Recommend them. EXELLENT customer service on the part of all of the staff.

This place has really good customer service and great quality products. My cat was having severe allergies and after I switched over to one of Redridges products, Primal Pronto raw food, my cat stopped having issues. Everyone there has been very helpful with finding the right product and also have offered to get certain products in stock for me if they didnt already have that particular product that they thought might be helpful for my cat. I highly recommend this store.

Managar here told me that frontline does not work in Virginia and recommended that I get the other stuff they sell K9 Advantix. Not only was that a lie, it is very toxic to cats, which she told it would be on around my cat. My vet doesnt even carrybthe stuff becuase it is so toxic. Stop lying to people to sell your products. I love animals and hate people, your very Lucky you didnt hurt my cat. just go to PetSmart this place is a joke.

We went here because it was the only place around that stocked food thats actually healthy for cats. Everything at RedRidge is very high quality. Very friendly customer service- they saw us picking up a huge bag of cat litter and carried it to the register for us! This is my new go-to pet store. Family owned, friendly, obvious love for animals- Im never shopping at a Petco or Petsmart ever again.

I will definitely return. I was scrambling trying to find my dogs dog food at the last minute and walked in 3 minutes before closing. They were super nice, helped me find what I was looking for and even carried the bad out to the car for me. Good customer service is so hard to find these days that when you do find it, its really appreciated! Thanks guys!

This is not a typical pet store. The products you can find here are very high quality, quite pricey but worth to try if you want the best for your pet. This place was initially recommended by my dogs trainer. Mike is super knowledgeable of the products he sells and stands behind their quality. He will help you if you havr any questions. Recommended

Mike and his team are always extremely helpful. RedRidge has my continued business. I regularly go to pick up frozen raw for my cats and Ive never been disappointed. I even purchased some raw food that my cats wouldnt eat and Mike let me return the unopened containers for an exchange. Great people and great store!

Wonderful staff, terrific products! After hearing all of the horror stories about dog food recalls, buying dog food is no long as simple as picking up a bag in the grocery store. RedRidge has great quality foods that I feel much better about my dog eating. Plus the staff is friendly and knowledgeable!
