Sydney in grooming was amazing!!! I tried to give my 12 year old yorkie a haircut myself and did some damage that I didnt think could be reversed. I frantically called Petsense and Sydney was able to fit her in immediately. I am so thankful for Sydney, she fixed my little yorkies hair perfectly and she looks like a puppy again. Be sure to bring cash for the groomers as you cannot tip on your card. :) Thank you Sydney and I will see you soon to groom my standard poodle!

I am a Pit owner. Took her in to get her nails done, had not even had the opportunity to muzzle her She did a short little growl and the girl refused me service I offered to put the muzzle on and she still refused me She has no business in that business. 0 stars if there system would allow. Will never go back and will be telling ALL of my pet loving friends and family.

This place is awesome. Megan the groomer is a sweet person that is kind to the dogs. The people who work there are helpful and pleasant. Cannot ask for a better neighborhood store for my dogs. We can even walk there!
