We recently got our dogs annual haircut here for the 3rd time. Our whole family enjoyed the overall experience at this Pet smart, everyone is so friendly. and to top it all off, they even handed our youngest daughter a kitten to pet while waiting! Our dog always seems so happy when he is all done. He is extremely clean and the haircut was very even. :) The friendly staff makes up for the lack of the size of the store!

Usually friendly people but recently a lot of rude cashiers . I had a coupon sent to my email and once I got there the cashier asked if I got it thru email when I opened it in front of her thru my email. She very rudely talked to me and talked to me as if I was dumb . Will be going to petco more often now .

Amazingly helpful staff! Seems a little smaller than the Market St. location with a bit smaller selection but I always get personalized help and find something for every type of animal Ive rescued. Id lime to note they do NOT practice in the sale of "milled" animals and I am very grateful for that.

This is the smallest Petsmart I have ever been to. I have been multiple times bc it is conveniently located near where I live but it has never had what I needed so now I just go straight to the one on New Center. Im surprised that this store even meets the standards to be branded a Petsmart.

The staff was extremely helpful anything I have questions I have a puppy Ive had since she was 7 weeks and shes now 5 months and they have helped me find the perfect food for her so far and toys to help with her teething its great having astaff care as much about your animals as you do

We take our two dogs here for grooming. Both are aussiedoodles and there hair can be quite an effort to cut. The staff is great and courteous. If you need this type of service and live in the area, this is definitely an option for you.

The staff is always friendly, helpful, and like seeing your pets in the store. This is not a large store. The chew sticks my dog likes are often out of stock. Otherwise they seem to be great for food, and larger items.

It isnt the size of the store off Market Street but the service is excellent. Good people who obviously care about animals. I am able to get everything I need at some great prices and believe me, I buy a lot.

Take my chihuahua here to have nails trimmed, staff is always nice and do a great job, usually minimal wait times when I go as a walk in customer.
