We usually go to petsmart because its convenient, but since we were in the area we decided to check out petco to buy some fish. The doors were still locked at opening, which is totally okay except it took the associate (who clearly saw us waiting) some minutes to stop what she was doing and open the door. No hello, just unlock and walk away. We went back to get fish. The associate in the fish section was finishing up some feeding and cleaning so we waited. After fifteen minutes, she just disappeared. I asked the first associate for help and was curtly told that I would need to find the fish associate. I looked around and found her cleaning the bird cages. I told her that I would need to purchase a few fish when she was finished with her duties, to which she impatiently replied that it would be some time before she could get to me. I left and went to petsmart. I wont be going back.

I went to Petco in search of a blade for my Andies dog clippers. The girl who ended up "helping" me gave me the impression like I was bothering her when she was asked to show me where the clippers were. She showed me where the clippers were, and walked away. I couldnt find what I was looking for so I went to tell her I couldnt find the blades. She followed me, looked into the glass cabinet and stated that since the cardboard box was empty, they were out of them and she walked away, again. She did not offer to see if there were any at the back, or when the next order would come in. Unsatisfactory customer service. Off to PerSmart!

Paid for a training class for our puppy and she didnt learn anything. They wouldnt give us a refund so we had to pay somewhere else for her after we wasted 4 weeks. Puppy play time was also a nightmare. The trainer didnt really pay attention or get involved with the puppies and someone elses dog peed 7 times in half an hour and the trainer didnt care (the owner didnt either). My husband ended up cleaning it up so no other dogs would step or roll in it. Find somewhere else. Even if its farther, it is worth the drive for your puppy

The grooming salon is fantastic! They were very kind to my senior dog and did a fantastic job of grooming him (Pom) and did wonderfully doing bath and nails on my dogs. Patient and quality grooming! I highly recommend Michelle and all of the staff there.

They do not have their animals kept in right conditions. For example they feed their leopard geckos kale, a leopard geckos digestive system is not made to digest any kind of fruits or vegetables.

Went in to get fish food that wasnt available at the other large chain store. Just a quick look around until finding what I was looking for revealed a clean,and organized establishment.

Bad stock. Never have any sales. Unhealthy fish. Never enough staff to man the registers and customer service is seriously lacking. We prefer Petsmart down the road a little ways!
