My son & I have spent a lot of time and $ in this location and based on the numerous other locations I have been in, this store is the BEST by FAR!!!! The managers there are ALL SUPER and have been helpful, fair & gone above & beyond to make us feel welcome and our business appreciated!! Cary, Kaitlyn and Jimmy have all been helpful and polite, they are each awesome employees and I can only hope that their Supervisors realize what a FINE Job that these 3are doing! Ive observed them each in several capacities and they are each outstanding all around! From taking care of the pets you carry, to the way they treat fellow employees with dignity & professionalism to the way the store is well stocked, clean & the animals are properly taken care of. As we are frequent customers, Ive had opportunity to deal with each one individually with some type of a problem and always been treated with courtesy & respect and a willingness to go out of their way to assist the customer and to rectify a problem. Cary is amazing and we are looking forward to her return! She is an OUTSTANDING example of management and I Sincerely hope she is VALUED AS IRREPLACEABLE!! Kaitlyn is enthusiastic,energetic and a true Hard Worker & Team Player and Jimmy always makes time to assist customers.with a friendly smile & kind manner & is Overall a Pleasure to deal with! We have been in numerous Petco locations & talked with many employees, dealt with managers & this store Exceeds Expectations in ALL DEPARTMENTS !! You have a winning Crew at THIS Location!! You should march All management into THAT STORE for Training in Customer Relations, Store Cleanliness & Proper Care of the Pets in your keep. I have a 15 year old chihuahua that I take to get her nails trimmed. She has never bitten anyone, until recently. I guess shes just getting old. The first time it happened, they had us leave. I eventually had to try again because they got so long. I explained to the nice guy what happened and he took her back. Paged me right away to tell me that she had acted like she was going to bite him. Instead of asking us to leave again, he came around the counter and suggested I hold her tight while he did them quickly. It worked! Hes clipped her nails twice now and is always so helpful and patient with my dog. Wish I could remember his name but I will always look for him when I go.

This has got to be the most ignorant petco I have ever seen. They would rather keep an animal in a cage and not sell it rather than match all the other petcos 25% off. The manager is a total imbecile and leaves one to wonder how he ever obtained a position of a manager in a pet store in the first place. Obviously sales are is top priority and not the welfare of the animals. You wonder what type of person would rather leave an animal caged rather than see it go to a good home. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Petco staff is great. Dont let the other groomers reputation be ruined (the ones who were not involved ) those two idiots are gone now l. All staff now has been retrained and Im sure that terrible event will never happen again. Fish guy is extremely knowledgeable (bearded guy) and when I had questions about any other product they were always glad to help me. I will continue being a shopper at Petco at Westchester Commons.

I am outraged at what your irresposible, ignorant , worthless groomer has done!!!! I hope Allison Marks make you relive your negligance EVERY DAY!!!!!! She lost her baby because of sheer laziness. The stupied groomer will live with this for the rest of their life. GOOD!!! Never rest again. You should be put in a cage and left there.How sad for Allison to lose her sweet baby to sheer STUPIEDTY!!!!

Took my dog to the groomer for a cut. Took them 5 1/2 hrs and when I picked her up, it looked like they hadnt even touched her head. I asked if she would trim the head up to match the body and she very reluctantly spent another 30 minutes fixing it. She was rude about it too. Then when we left, my dog peed a river...pretty sure they didnt even take her out for potty breaks :(. We wont be back.

My dog Luke looked a fluffy matted mess. He did not smell much better either. Colin & Ryan made the appointment in short order and enabled us to enjoy our travels with a clean/fresh smelling k9. Shavone did a wonderful job cleaning/grooming Luke and got him looking like a springer again! Thank you guys for taking care of us. We will definitely recommend these guys! Kevin

You irresponsible, miserable pieces of crap!!!! Beyond being fired, those responsible should face the same fate of the poor dog you baked to death. You negligent lowlife sons of bitches need to be stuffed in a commercial tumble dryer for an hour or two. I hope Allison owns half of Petco once justice prevails. May god have mercy on your souls!!!

Very bad experience at the Grooming department......my little Yorkie came away from there looking far worse than he looked going in......will NEVER take him there again. I would advise those looking for a groomer to just stay away from Petco for that kind of service.

I politely asked for assistance with obtaining two fish. My 13 year old daughter was as astonished as I was by being completely ignored by 2 Petco employees and then the manager. I will never shop at any Pete agai.

Super friendly staff I love bringing my puppy in here to socialize. Great place for picking up a new dog toy or some treats, but the prices keep me from making any big purchases here.
