This is a great place to shop for bargain. The store has come a long way over the years with their organization. My biggest issue with this store is that the shoe selection is very limited. Its hard for me to shop here and complete an out when they dont sell shoes that accompany the clothes they sell. Also, the line is always long. I spend 15-20 minutes in line each visit with 4-5 people in front of me. It does not take that long to ring people up. And I need the cashiers not to be upset if I choose not to give out my phone number. I give this store a 3. I continue to shop here, but early so I dont have to wait in line so long.

Im not sure about these reviews. Lol, maybe that visited a different store than i did. Rough part of town??? Really? Its a highly commercialized area and i dont see a neighborhood do within looking distance. Its low on coat selections however it looks like after their remodeling that they have accomodated for more coat space. By the way, i have never visited a Burlington nor any "discount" store that is organized however they do well with what they have. The staff could be a little more open and welcoming.

Walked towards the entrance at 9:25AM only to be told by a group of chain-smoking employees that they dont open til 9:30AM. Oh, so you can stand outside and smoke (so much smoke that the smell got into my clothes from 20 feet away) but you cant let a paying customer in the store? Since when is it okay for employees to smoke in front of a store entrance? Gross and definitely not good customer service.

I was in the store on Thursday night an i had to wait 26 minutes at the cash register because the cash register all went out. They did tell what the problem was until I repeatedly ask. The cashier said this happened all the time. The customer service was bad an the cash register need 2 b updated.

Love it. Great prices for name brands. Thats the first place that should come to mind when looking for nice outfits with with any occasion. Although, could use a few more staff but other than that, its clean and fine.

Ghetto... Parking lot is dirty and the area is in a rough part of town. The store itself is okay all things considered. Decent items but non-friendly staff. Cheap prices as expected but severely disorganized.

I think its crazy that when putting stuff on layaway, after its paid off if I need to bring something back I can only get store credit. Im Christmas shopping how do I know if the items are going to be correct!

This store has been here for awhile. The layout of the store has been updated. Good deals. Some of the departments are a bit empty but this is a large store so theres still lots of inventory.
