Babies R us Did not accept my "buy buy baby coupon" for diapers, but said that I cAn still use the coupon for other things. Which is fine, I understand. But she was very rude, and so I didnt buy the diapers. But then a friend told me she tried using "buy buy baby" coupon the same day, and they refused the coupon. They said that they dont use that coupon! They had used these coupons before! I was so confused! So with all of this.. and that the clerk was rude, and made me upset, I called and Talked to a manager, Amy, who was very informative and made me understand why. But Im still kinda upset with all of this, and mainly the clerks. They tell one person one thing, and the other another thing. I am registered there now for my baby, and I am thinking about changing registry now. Thanks babies r us. Great customer service! Not!

Do not order furniture from Babies R Us. Their customer service is horrible. The crib I ordered came two weeks late. When the crib finally got here, it was damaged badly. There was a huge crack in the head board and red paint running all over the foot of the bed. When I called to get the crib replaced I was hung up on 5 times! They would not do any kind of hurried shipping so I will be waiting another two weeks.

Went in trying to buy a baby stroller with price match. Manager refused to match because the color isnt the same. But I told them Baby-R-Uss website on price match policy clearly states color variances are acceptable as long as the item is the same. Manager wouldnt budge. Horrible service. Im not asking them to do something out of ordinary, but they cant even follow their own corporations rules.

Good store. Customer service is great. It has just about everything you would need for the new bambino. My only complaint is pricing. You can find way better deals online.
