I grabbed amongst other things an item from a rack that had a sale sign, when I went to check out I told the lady at the register the price that was ringing up was not the one listed she assured me it would come off at the end, it didnt so I went back in immediately then I followed a guy to the isle where he took off the sale sign and price tag saying it was from Black Friday sale, they didnt honor the price which is fine but then when I went to return the item they refused because I didnt have my ID with me take in mind I can barely walk because Im days away from having my baby and I was given a ride to the store that is half an hour away from my house so no I did not have my license with me. They shut me off no options were given I asked to speak to the manager and the lady at the register said that not even the manager could do anything so she didnt even called the manager for me. I left the store and called to speak to a manager, the manager basically blew me off as well I was not offensive at any moment but I cant believe that even though it was not my fault these people would not help me I have my baby registry here and also had it for my first child to think that I have spent so much money and had my relatives and friends buy from these guys as well thru my registries I feel so upset sort of betrayal.

We had a fantastic experience while finalizing our baby registry at this location. Craig, the store manager, was so helpful with us! The store was very busy the Saturday afternoon when we came in, but Craig made sure we were taken care of every step of the way (even helping us take advantage of promotional discounts that Babies R Us was offering). Being first time parents, we needed help a few times during our trip. The staff was very helpful in placing some special orders on furniture, and answering questions about the differences in products. When it came to checkout everything went smoothly. I cant thank the staff here enough for helping us find the necessities, while saving us money in the process. Thank you so much for the entire staff @ Babies R Us! We will absolutely recommend this location to our friends!

By far and away the worst retail shopping experience i have ever had. We ordered a crib and dresser from there. We were told they would assemble the pieces and bring up to our babys room. Well, UPS dropped off the furniture and wouldnt even bring it inside my house. Then, when i unpacked the furniture it had cracks on the every single piece. Not little dings, they were very large cracks through out. We were forced to return it. they told us 2-3 to be picked up by them. we then had to call back about 8 times and it was picked up about 15 days later. we were told our credit card would be refunded in 2-3 after it was returned. our credit card has still not been refunded. that all happen 1 month. I never write reviews, but this is by far and away the very very very worst shopping experience i the history of my life.

TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES!!!! Tried to do a simple return and the short brunette without a name tag on gave me such an attitude and talked back to me and was EXTREMELY rude. How do you seriously hire such low quality employees? She told me I didnt have a registry because she didnt want to deal with a return. I gave her my registry number and logged in online and she contiued to tell me I dont exist in the system and shouted out "woah woah!" For extra dramatic attention. Youre not at high school, youre at work. Act like it.

Craig, the store Manager went above and beyond this weekend for my wife and I. He gave honest input to various products and ended up special ordering a crib that was not in stock at the store. He was super patient and handled everything like I was in a high end shop. Didnt expect the experience but we can all be surprised once in a while. ..Side note their bathrooms there are sort of gross and old. But so is my favorite bar, so no beef there.

Clean, bright, generally well stocked with helpful staff. They have a nursing mothers room with a chair and table and whatnot that is extremely well appreciated. Their prices might be a tad higher than elsewhere but its ok for the convenience of not having to shop around a couple different places to find what youre looking for, and they price match, so look around before you come in.

Asked for help and Lyndia (registry) refused to do anything for over 20 minutes while I waited with a crying baby. After expressing my frustrations to Mary Jo the manager I was meet with attitude and did not try to resolve the issue. Terrible service and management!!!!
