Would not recommend this store. Id use this place to test drive items, and purchase elsewhere. Every time we got furniture through this place it was dented, scratched, and chipped. Returning these was always a pain, and staff acted like we personally ruined the item on purpose. Yeah, because I want to haul a crib 45 minutes in the back of my car, twice... They coincidentally never seemed to have a replacement items for an exchange, but were glad to up-sell us on a more expensive model. Several furniture items ended up on back-order for months, which were originally supposed to arrive in days. The store would not honor several valid discount coupons at different visits, which was the whole reason for making the drive there. The manager also would not honor the discount on the remaining unpurchased items from our registry, as we were originally told was a benefit of building a registry with Babies R Us. We left 2 carts of merchandise at the checkout because of this, and walked out. This store conveniently has all of the items you need for a new child, but does not often price competitively, and they try to up-sell you on items and product insurance. Some of the staff is helpful and friendly, but others are very rude and make the whole experience aggravating. It seems like more work to shop at a bunch of places to get what you need, but in the end, youll probably save yourself a lot of frustration in a time you should be building happy memories.

The women at the customer service was painfully rude and extremely unhelpful. Obviously didnt want to be at work. And the guy on the floor that she passed us off to had a major attitude as well. Both seemed to hate customer service.

While I wouldnt shop here for the essential items (diapers, wipes, creams), unless there was a sale, the rest of the product offerings are competitively priced.
