Ju-Ju Monkey, the ONLY store in the Lehigh Valley where you can walk in with 10 minutes to shop for a 2 year old & your pregnant best friend for a birthday party & walk out with a GIFT WRAPPED gift for each. The customer service here is second to none! Great selection of toys and gift! Personal attention and great help picking out gifts with recommendation from the staff which was a perfect fit! Exactly what I was looking for. The awesome ladies offered to gift wrap my presents as I signed the birthday cards! Ive shopped here in the past and, after todays experience, wouldnt think of shopping anywhere else. Shop local, folks! Also - I recently had a friend who had a great loss & needed to return some items. Not only did the staff at JJM return the items with no trouble or hassle, they sent her a kind card and care package to express their condolences & let her know they cared. Thats the kind of service you cant get from some "big box" store!

We shop here, regularly. Its a wonderful local business with knowledgeable, helpful, non-judgmental staff. No matter what your parenting style/philosophy, they will help you find a product to support your needs and assist you in troubleshooting any issues that you might have. Proven to be an invaluable resource as I use cloth diapers with my daughter and am a full-time working mom. Always a lot of new and interesting products, and if they dont have it, theyll order it for you! They price match the big retailers, so why not shop local?! :)

Ju-Ju Monkey is amazing! They have a great selection of all kinds of natural parenting supplies - cloth diapers, baby carriers, breastfeeding supplies, bottles, amber necklaces, toys.....And the store owner, Sara, is so knowledgable and generous with her time and support. We love the classes and playdates that are held at the store. If you are in the area, Id definitely recommend stopping by to check it out.

This is my favorite place to visit on my lunch break, or when needing something to do with the little one! The store has the most beautiful toys, self care products and best of all, cloth diapers. Its more than that though. I feel welcome by knowledgable staff each time I visit and the classes offered are superb.
