Nice store..Always nice clothing. But customer service is not good. We purchased nursery furniture here. When my daughter was 4 months old, her crib was recalled. Once we received the voucher, we took it back to the Babies R Us location. The guy told us it would take about 2 weeks for the new crib to come in. After 2 1/2 weeks, I called the store to find out about the crib. I was told my order was cancelled because I didnt put any money down when I ordered it. WHAT?! I explained this was a replacement. The original crib was paid for. And they didnt think to call me? The guy realized the mix up and again told me it would be 2 weeks. Thinking this is absurd, I asked to speak to the manager, who couldnt have cared less. I decided to call the 800 number to complain. After explaining my issue, the csr responded, unbelievably, "Maam, a whole or partial payment needs to be made on furniture before it can be ordered". Do these people share a brain? I explained to her again, raising my voice in anger. Finally after 2 months, we got the crib. I will never order anything from this store again!

Have generally not had good experiences ordering online from brick and mortar retailers then trying to pick up in store. Not the case here, where I ordered a bike online, walked in the door, clicked on a link in my email and my merchandise was brought up from the back within minutes. Perfect. Maybe there is hope for traditional stores in an e-commerce world?

This is one of the best Store locations- Hands Down! I love finding deals here for my children and other friends children too. I have never had a bad experience and honestly, I have never ran into nasty associates only top of the line, helpful, good vibes individuals in this store.
