I usually like this store as its quiet but my experience today was horrendous. There cc machine was down whcih wasnt a huge problem.but the employees were all just flat out rude including the supervisor I get they are frustrated but why be rude and grumpy to the customer. Usually when I return an ie.I get a refund back with the tax I returned something and purchased something which pricing wise was a equal exchange. Because she didnt fully return my item I ended up having to pay the tax extra on the item I bought. Normally I wouldnt be so aggravated over $1 but service was horrendous that it makes me angry. Dont go to.this store unless you want horrendous swrvice. I had a poor experience setting up my registry here and I should.of known then I dont typically shop a lot at bru I prefer bbb. Bbb has better service and match pricing all the time. Plus checkout and adding items at bbb is so much easier than bru. When I asked to add the item I was purchasing to my registry the girl huffed and puffed and gave me an attitude asking me why and then was grumpy she had to go add it at the registry desk and come back to check me out. Such an antiquated system they use, plus poor return and God awful customer service just stay away
