HORRIBLE! Went to purchase items on a baby registry & half of the items were not there. The manager stated when the registry was created it had to say unavailabel- when I told them it did not state that but stated in store pick up or delivery, they told me thats not true.... Maybe the person who created it didnt tell me. Then when I purchased items, the items were still listed as not purchased. I had to call the store, provide them with my transaction number & have them manually marked them as purchased. When I checked only one item was marked as purchased- SMH! Lesson learned! BYW: I am the one who created the registry for my daughter.

Great customer service! We had a piece of furniture come damaged, we called the store and Carlos took care of everything. He said he couldnt estimate how long it would take for the new piece, but he would keep us updated when he heard back from the manufacturer. He kept us informed the entire time and it took less then a week for the new piece. When it was delivered he checked it before calling to make sure it was perfect! Thank you for you for everything!!

I called the store to ask questions about an item I wanted for my registry, which wasnt in store. The lady was very polite and helpful. Lady was very respectful as she explained the reason why it was just online and asked me to come in to store to personally look at items she was going to show me based on style I wanted.

This store doesnt answer the phone. Customer service has no clue what is an in store or on line order. I wanted to check if the item i order a week ago was in stock and nobody is picking up. They tell me to go to the store and check if the item is in. Maam are your serious?

Love it but Dont order online. The warehouse supplies both toys r us and babies r us and they always send the wrong stuff even the store staff will warn you. FYI not everything can be swapped at the store if purchased online.

Excellent place to shop and plenty of parking. Shop everything for babies and some very hard to find items. Mothers fathers with babies this place is must visit and prices reflect very reasonable prices.
