I would like to recognize Sam, the manager at this Babies R Us location. After a bit of a mix up with one of our registry items (not the fault of Babies R Us) Sam was able to track down the item for us. She spent a long time trying to help us, making numerous calls and she eventually was able to solve the problem. She really went above and beyond to help us and was so polite and personable! Thanks, Sam!

Very disappointed had coupon which I was unable to use for some reason which the cashier had difficulty explaining. Also very hard to understand her ability to speak. Is it possible to hire people that could at least pretend they like their job. Or is this individual working for free??

Unfortunately this store does not honor the policy of accepting BuyBuyBaby coupons. I was informed by the cashier that its because there is no nearby competition from a BuyBuyBaby store. The Babies R US in Paramus DOES accept competitor coupons.

Pricey but everything you would need for your little ones. Management and staff could use improvement. Lines can get long and the place can be a bit understaffed or mismanaged.

I wonder how this store is still open, prices on the shelf is cheaper then what you pay. service is even worse and of course the manager helps for the negative service as well.

This store open only 1 check out counter all time. I need to spend more than 10 minutes to checkout. Most of babys r us are same situation, but this store was most severe.

Employees are not trained well on whereabouts or particulars of merchandise. A competitor just over the NJ border does an amazing job on all fronts. It can be done!
