Great selection but high prices and poor customer service. Unwilling to work with you when the swing someone purchased from a registry broke twice. I then willingly selected a less expensive swing just to try something different to see if the quality would improve and they would not honor the original price paid for the swing. Instead I had to pay $45.00 out of pocket. Dont get ripped off by them!

My wife and have been to Babies "r" Us in Newport News seems like a hundred times during and after her pregnancy. Every visit was a positive experience, friendly, understanding and answered the hundreds of questions we ask. I dont take ratings lightly nor customer service so thank you staff.
