I recently left my lawnmower there for service. I was originaly dismayed at the prospect of loosing my mower for three weeks, but when I did get back [one day early] it ran better than it did brand new! {At least it seemed that way to me}, and only cost six dollars more than my thirty dollar deposit and with my rewards card that bill was reduced to $1.05.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Justin is my guy, every time I go in there, I tell him, Im going to be his new favorite customer and he laughs, "thats ok". Anything I ask for, they point me straight to it unless they just do not carry the product. Awesome customer service any day!

I go to this Ace all the time. Made the mistake of dropping my push mower off for a tune-up and blade sharpening. They charge you $35 up front and then charged an additional $54 dollars at pick-up, totally $89...for a tune-up and bladesharpening. Doing this myself from now on.

The people there are always helpful and friendly. You will pay a bit more there but with their rewards programs and flyer coupons it comes out about the same... plus you save so much time and gas over going to the big box stores. Glad this Ace is in my neighborhood!

Exceeded expectation. Great service. They made me 3 mail keys fast. Even though they didnt have an exact match, they made my replacements using a like-size and told me if they dont work bring them back for a refund. For only 1.99 per key. Forget using a locksmith.

Doesnt open when they say they will. Website and the hours posted at the store say they open at 7:30 am. Waited till 7:50am and the store still wasnt open. Tried calling and no one answered

I rarely go to the big box stores, unless it is for something they do not carry. Friendly, helpful employes there. I spend too much time there. Mainly because they have what I need.
