Went to this trailer store and its ran by a family I believe, an uncle and nephew. The nephew was very pleasant to work with, however, when trying to work with the older gentleman "owner" he was very blunt and disrespectful. Not someone who should be in a business to sell to customers. When I found the trailer I wanted while I was there I took a picture of the tag and price of the trailer, so that I could do further research on the trailer. I then called later going to buy the trailer and talked to the "owner" and asked him about the price once again to make sure before I made the drive. He informed me the price was incorrect even though I had took a picture of his tag. I then found the same trailer he was selling 1300 dollars cheaper in North Carolina, so I called the gentleman back to see if he would work with me in price so that I could still give him the sale and not have to drive to North Carolina, Win Win in my world. However, he would not even budge on anything, I then informed him that I found the same trailer significantly cheaper than his, yet I would still give him the sale if he worked with me. His words were "looks like your driving" End of conversation. Dont go here save money and do your research!

So, purchased a 5.5 x 10 utility trailer. Took it home, 2 days later received a call stating that they gave me the incorrect trailer (6 x 10) after i had loaded it for a military move. They wanted me to return it. Round trip to dealer costs me about $40 in gas and 2 hrs time for a mistake THEY made. I went these guys due to a friend having a good sale 2 weeks before. Hopefully they will pick it up at my place and replace it. Due to the expense in time and $$, one would think they would sweeten the deal. i.e. 2 motorcycle chocks. They will probably try to sell this trailer again as new. Which it is not.

Not very happy. Tires are bald after only 10 thousand miles. Owner told me to check tire website. If you cant stand behind your products dont sell them. This is my 3rd trailer in 3 years as I do landscaping and this is by far the worst one Ive bought. The other 2 from Southern States were much better quality. Will not shop here again.

very nice and knowledgeable. I had a hitch installed by them. I ordered a wiring package, but the installer noticed one was already installed. They were honest and removed the charge.

The nephew is rude very rude the part I wanted was 300 dollars more than anyone else when I told him it was to much he said go get there I wouldnt buy a bolt from these assholes
