Very rude! Called pharmacy to ask if they had a medication, was told they didnt. I asked if they had ordered more and if they knew when they may have some in stock. Was given a short and rude response "we ordered some for someone else, so no" well I asked then if they could place an order if I dropped my prescription off," No." When asked why, she told me they just ordered it for another person but cant for me, I was given "I cant disclose that information" why would you contradict yourself. I felt like I was trying to conduct an illegal drug deal. Isnt it what they get paid for , to find out information that pertains to medication for customers? Or do they feel so to be a target employee who is a high school drop out working in the pharmacy?! Perhaps you should learn business skills or go work at the mall in your hood rich clothing stores. I went into a cvs and was treated respectfully and will never be going back to this target.

I recently stopped by this target during my travels. I was traveling with my children, something I sadly dont get to do too often. My children, wanted some Pizza Hut and I would have liked a cup of coffee from starbucks. We walked in, but not before seeing a prostitute outside of the store. We began to walk up to Pizza Hut to buy my children food, no one was at the counter. No one was around so I snuck in the kitchen and to my surprise, two employees named Jake and Tim were in there smoking MARIJUANA. I told them I was calling the police, but before I could take action, security was called on me and they confiscated my phone so I could not call the police. I proposed I would not call the police if I was given my phone back. Tim replied saying that I would only get my phone back if I sign up for a target redcard. Which has a very high interest rate.

Cashier made a mistake on my receipt - rang me up 8 times for two inexpensive items, and didnt ring me up for six more expensive items. I realized the mistake after I got in the car, so to be an honest person, I told my husband to wait while I ran back in and paid the extra. Not only was I shuffled around to different places, but no one seemed to listen to what I was saying, and they acted inconvenienced. On top of that, not one person thanked me for taking the time and trouble to come back in and pay the extra. Not a huge deal, but considering it was Targets mistake, a thanks would have been nice.

A bag of ours didnt make our cart. It was left with the cashier. We realized it once we got home (about 30 minutes later). We called and were told to come back and pick out all of our stuff. They said that purchased bags are put back on the shelve when you leave. If its purchased merchandise, why dont they save it for the customer? The cashier bags the merchandise, so the responsibility is on Target. Why should you make the customer come back and go isle by isle to find the stuff they already purchased? Not a good customer experience!

Love love love love the target. But I live in the apartment building next door, my apartment is directly across from the loading dock. I understand that there would, and should, be some noise but to be woken up in the middle of the night, every single day, because some alarm or someone yelling or something annoying. I get that theyre doing their job, but what I dont understand are the loud alarms and yelling on top of the routine work.

Horrible customer service desk associates and "managers". Absotuley out of line having a security guard at the customer service desk, Im guessing to use as a threat if you are questioning something. Trash cans are always full on garage level when entering, creates bad atmosphere when entering. Associates are helpful in store when trying to locate items that are out of stock on shelves. Love target they just have some issues to fix.

The shelves are never stocked. I mean seriously EVERYTIME I GO TO THE MAKE UP ISLE They dont have the shelves stocked!!!!!!!!! Its annoying! If you ask me this Target is going down hill. Not to mention I had to help one of the "GSA" switch my card payment and im the guest. They should trian their employees better and hire more people to stock the shelves! Hopefully this review will change something.

Im very surprised that others say this target is clean... I was shocked at how disorganized and messy it was. Every single isle we went down had many items out of place, on the ground.. And just messy! Maybe its because of the holidays but man it needs a good organizing! It looks like nobody every picks up anything that falls or put things back where they are to go.

Worthless store. The HR department is completely worthless. I havent received my check still from 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and here we are in January. The workers throw products around like there playing ring toss I have no idea how more product isnt damaged. I would never shop at Target after seeing what goes on with their employees. Terrible Store.

We parked a few minutes ago in the parking garage: perfect for getting out of bad weather. This is one of the many well maintained Targets Ive been to and even has a Starbucks store just past the registers. It has had what I needed the majority of the time

Pros: location and parking garage. Con: location and parking garage. The time of day or even day you visit can make your visit quick and painless or long and painful. Team members are great and selection never leaves you empty handed!

Parking garage was a bit confusing but I eventually made it up. I also got shot which wasnt that big of a deal. Would give 5 stars but they had no dog food stocked up after African American Friday so my dog Jacoby has gone hungry.
