6/20/2013 The unnamed person who helped (didnt help) me may be the most worthless salesman in the history of salesmen. Worst customer service I have experienced in years. He was reluctant to answer even the simplest questions. 2 times during the 5 minutes he was (not) helping me he stopped and talked to other customers. Neither time was initiated by the other people. The first time it was for him to point at a girl and say "hey hey hey yea yea yea" and walk toward her until she unwillingly acknowledged him. I was following him and he actually turned around and walked toward her WHILE I WAS FOLLOWING HIM to get her attention. The second time was (during me asking a question) him saying "yo man how you doin yea yea uh huh" to some other guy. Literally while I was asking him a question. I had to completely ask the question again. Unnamed salesman, this is not some kind of ghetto swap meet where you get your hair did and hang out with your homeboys. It is a store and you are getting paid to help customers, not look cool to people. This worthless crud should not even have a job much less a job in customer service. He should find out what it is like to go hungry so that he has the slightest amount of respect for employment. This unnamed salesman has the same name that someone would call a toilet, and rightfully so. Basically his work ethic is what you would put in a toilet.

two sales persons on the floor and we STILL waited like 30 plus minutes to even get a person to say "yeah.. whatcha need" the delivery services shows up past stated time, no call ahead to the correct number.. gotta say.. second time around and they got worse then the first time for actually helping you when you go there. bought an A/C $400.00, a dehumidifier $200.00, a Refrigerator $900.00, and now a $700.00 Clothes Washer.. gotta say.. I am not impressed and more then likely my big ticket purchases will be elsewhere. the washer was purchased, as a SOLD but unused unit with no damages.. guess what.. looks like crap when I got it.. new scratches. which I can kinda understand if it was LIKE the fridge we BOUGHT with pre existing dings. not impressed.. and I would go elsewhere all things considered. Sears has attained total sucky status.. if that was even possible from the previous occassions.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY. Incompetent, and slow employees; antiquated and ineffectient systems. I felt like i step back into the early 90s. i purchased a washer and dryer with the kit a month ago. i am on the phone now wiht customer service after 3 different calls to the store, 2 attempts to make it "right" i still do not have my kit and the dryer is sitting in my LR waiting to be connected. This is AFTER i spent 40 minutes at the store in line and purchasing the item. I was done after that but now i am irritated and completely bothered by the fact that some big wig is collecting money while their stores worse than Kmart. I will not shed one tear if sears goes out of business. If you are going to be out of date and have antiquated processes at least have exceptional employees and customer service.

We ordered a Kenmore Elite Microwave Wall Oven combo unit and it came with a missing part. Upon contacting the store, John the store manager said that he would order it for me and would take couple of weeks for it come. Every time I call they told me that it was coming. I was tired of their lies and getting a run around everytime I call and after waiting for more than a month and half , I placed the order directly with Sears Parts Direct was able to get it in 3 days with regular shipping. WHY lie and repeat it ? Shame!! Our purchasing experience at the store was pretty good thanks to the sales lady at the store. She was working very hard and did her best helping multiple people.

Service is ok when you have asked for it- but after making the purchase they then told us we couldnt take the appliance because there wasnt anyone there to help us load it in my truck. The "one" person went home sick and they had no one else that could possibly help us load up our appliance. We could have waited 3.5 hours, but we remarkably declined that option. They did not allow us to do the moving ourselves. Liability and all and offered nothing for the inconvenience. I do understand people getting sick, but an appliance outlet might think about hiring more than one or two people to load up purchases.

At the end of me ringing up, there was a survey on the credit card reader, that the cashier took for me, She gave herself the highest score, which is the not what I would have given her. She asked for my email and when I came home, I had all these emails from Sears, address to a different person. I try to contact the store manager, with no luck. One person just gave me a gift card to make up for it, but I feel like they just gave me the gift card to shut me up. I will never buy nothing big from this store, only reason I would go back is to spend my gift card.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience in the Baltimore Sears Outlet located 8200 Belair Road. We were looking for a washer/dryer combo with a good name brand and great price and we found it there at a great price but was Wowd even more when we also found out that they had an additional 20% off promotion. The service and quality at this store was Excellent as usual which is why go there for our appliances and other misc items. Thank you Sears Outlet for saving us hundreds of dollars again ! ☺

OH MY GOD!!!! I wish I took the time to read the reviews. I am having the same problem with my dishwasher. I have now sat home on 3 occasions for the Dishwasher delivery and now waiting for the 4th repair for the same dishwasher. I should have gotten a part-time job to keep me busy. The person I talked to today in Customer Solutions just told me I really should do something about my temper.

bad customer service. called the store and of course you get an automated computer voice to talk to. when you choose to talk to a real person, it tells you to wait, then it says nobody is available and hangs up on you! Sears...this is one of the many ways to go out of business! Doing a bang up job too!

I definitely got a great deal on an appliance that I was looking for. The customer service was lacking. I had one person that seemed willing to help but often disappeared. If you know what you want before you get there, you are better off. I suggest shop online then pick up in store.

Nice location, plenty of parking, quick and quiet shopping experience. I like this store for the discounted prices and friendly staff. Stop here first before stepping foot in a SEARS store. The mens clothing section is shrinking for some reason. Need variety of inventory...
