OMG! Customer service here is atrocious. On 4/12/17 I dropped off a mostly hardwood chair that needed seat and back recovered.....no reupholstery needed. Paid $657. Two and a half (2-1/2) months later, and Im still waiting for the chair. Calls to employees at Annapolis Calico Corners bring evasive and sarcastic remarks. "We cant locate the re-upholster. They are out on the road." What.....no cell phones in 2017? "Ha, ha, ha.....you didnt know it would take this long?" The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I think Calico Corners has lost my chair.
