Old lazy racist and disrespectful people this girl in receiving kicked me out i accidently entered a wrong door i try to talk to her and repeatedly told me to get out went thru the recieving door she told another old man her side of the story and the old man skipped me. This people think because of my skin color im not a us citizen i have more education and manners than this people and was born in michigan raised in texas never disrepected the lady nor the man i simply do my job. Avoid this place and people like this im short tempered but im educated not like this animals who dont deserve the job.

Got here a quarter til 4pm apt time. Line was jacked up with nine trucks to the road. Got in a door almost instantly, aat for three hours still green lighted. Walked in asked what the hell was goi g on. Typical were busy bull and that they are going in order. Well, Its been 6 hours to unload 7k lbs worth of cushions. In the mean time I have seen drivers in and out hauling water pallets and such. Hope to get banned from here. Will never buy anything big lots more or less accept their loads.

I have a great appreciation for this DC I worked for a lumper service as zone manager and the my company the lumper service decided they werent making enough money so they said We had a week nice. Anyhow BIGLOTS Tremont dc helped us out of bad situation and hired us on there team I am so grateful and thankful for all they did to help 6 guys not be out of work THANK YOU !!! Biglots and all those involved in helping in a time of need.

As all truckers know, most receiving clerks are rude and not too bright. The guy I dealt with could be the worst. The warehouse workers are no better. 7 hour unload time and they dont offer any parking and there isnt any parking near by. Had to drive illegally because of their slothfulness.

This place has a 2 hour window befoe and after your appt.. there is some paking on the side of the road, you just cant park on there lot... now its a DC so you already know they take awhile. But i had no issues . Just lost my next load for time they toke to unload..

I showed up at 5 am for a preloaded trailer. Apparently second shift didnt finish loading. I was told to come back about at 10 am. You may want to call before you show up to make sure your load is actually ready.

Not a truck friendly place, signs posted indicate they dont care about your HOS situation. Inflexible, wont be back and wont shop at the stores until they get real about todays trucking environment.

Always seems quick to get in and out of here unless theres a line at the gate. Just make sure you stay on the outside Lane if you have a trailer . Inside Lane is for bobtails

Been here in a door for 6 damn hours and still not unloaded they need to fire the unloaders and hire some that will work they have already cost me $600 dollars in mileage

Not so easy to get to but will never forget where. This is its not a store is a distributor center. Ppl are nice easy to work with.

My deliver appointment was 7am , in a door at 6:50am. Done unloading at 1:30pm. I have to cancel my next pick up at 2pm.
