HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When the furniture was delivered the large couch was already broken and the leather was damaged. I called in a claim at that time and the leather damage was repaired but the center seat on the couch still sinks far to low. Then in Dec 2016 I called in another claim for the love seat both mechanisms broke, the leather discolored and a seam came apart very pour quality couches! The repair company came out and took pictures and said someone from the dump would be calling me to tell me when they would be repaired. I have contacted customer service about 15 times since then and get the same response the parts are on order or we will call you back with an ETA and they NEVER call you back! it is now April 24th and my couches are still not fixed and no ETA on when they will be! Last week I called customer service and they told me my claim was canceled I then I was on hold for 8 minutes and when she came back on she told me my parts were on order and it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get them in when I already told her they have been broken for 4 months! this is the intelligence you will be dealing with! My love seat is so bad you cant even sit in it and they are aware of this and still give me the run around! Do NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Very dissatisfied customer, Samuel Olberg

Extremely bad customer service over the phone I called to ask a simple question about what deals they had in the store for this labor day weekend and the store rep placed me on hold saying she would get someone for me not even letting me ask my question. I held for about 15 minutes then hung up and called back because I felt i was on hold for too long. I called back and the same woman answered the phone laughing hard while she answered the phone before even saying hello. I told her that she had left me on hold she then apologized and left me on hold again for another 10 minutes. I then went and called AGAIN and before she cold place me on hold again i cut her off and told her I am calling to ask a simple question then she finally listened and told me she was in the business office and really could not answer that question for me.... This experience has made me think twice about purchasing from the dump. They do have amazing furniture but customer service plays a huge part in the sales industry and in my case it was awful.

I have never had a more pleasant buying experience. Our salesman was so friendly and personable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the furniture. We told him we were looking for a reclining loveseat with a center console. He asked us how long we wanted the loveseat to be. Once we gave him the dimensions he led us to the perfect one. The best part the center console folds up so that its actually a sofa offering us more seating room. Its beautiful and I cant wait for it to be delivered tomorrow. The other wonderful thing about our experience was the price. We were expecting to pay three times what we paid and that included delivery and a five year warranty. And its great that if we dont end up using the warranty that we are given a store credit for the entire amount we paid for it. I know The Dump will be the first place we go when we furniture or mattress shop in the future. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and a quality product at a more than affordable price!!!

Our experience with The Dump was excellent. Sales staff were very friendly and helpful. We purchased a 3 piece Italian Leather sofa set. When the guys came and delivered our furniture they were very professional and careful to make sure that they did not damage anything. The Love seat had a hole in the right side and they asked if we wanted it repaired or replaced, we told them we wanted to replace it because the last time we purchased furniture ( From Havertys ) we had nothing but really bad problems, and did not wat to go through that again. We received the new one a few days later, and again the delivery guys were "Awesome" ( a different crew) Thanks! To all "The Dump" Team that made us Happy! Sincerely: Mr & Mrs Hoell

My experience with Shonta Outland in the customer service department was outstanding! She was very courteous, professional and very friendly in taking care of my damage furniture situation. After I initially make contact with the customer service department we spoke and I told her of the problem I had, I sent her a picture of the damaged desk and within minutes she emailed me an answer from her manager. I would recommend her to my friends and family if they have any issues with the Dump or Haynes furniture store. I am a very happy customer.

Worst SERVICE EVER I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. I WAITED ALL DAY FOR A MATRESS AND BOX SPRING AND IM STILL WAITING AND ITS AFTER HOURS!! THE DELIVERY GUY AND ANOTHER WOMAN FROM THE STORE CALLED THREE TIMES TO SAY SOMEBODY WOULD BE HERE EVERY 30 MINUTES WELL ITS THREE HOURS LATER AND IM STILL WAITING. I CALLED THE DELIVERY GUY BACK THEY SOUND LIKE THEY WERE CHILLING ON JOB DOING NOTHING AND AGAIN THEY STILL AINT HERE!! I WOULD NEVER SPEND MY MONEY IN THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!! OH DID I MENTION IM STILL WAITING ON MY DELIVERY!!!

The items were well over priced for the claimed gimmick of 40 to 60 percent off the brand named furniture. They loaded a bs price as the original price than placed a higher than normal price on the item. There were very few real deals on items nobody wanted and their clearance section had chairs going for higher than 5 piece sets at your typical furniture store. Traveling to this area so many people recommended this store, but on my visits I have been severely disappointed.

My time at The Dump was very quick I found something within 15 minutes. The man who helped me was very nice and did his best to help me find what I wanted and gave me multiple options. The only issue I had was that at delivery there were screws missing to my love seat. Other than that, it was delivered in a timely manner and the men did what they could to resolve the issue. The loveseat was a leather recliner with cupholders brand new on clearance for 199. Cant beat that!

I bought a bed that said it had a 100% cotton cover,wool flame barrier,and 4 inches of latex foam.I t had a terrycloth cover.I asked the manager twice if the bed we got from the warehouse would be the same as the one in the store since this very thing happened to us at Haines.He said it would be exact.The bed we got had a non terry blended cover,Chemical flame barrier,1% wool OTHER polyurathane foam.There was NOTHING natural or the same about it,and it was 1200 dollars.

I called about bed rails and was told that you had some. When they came out of the warehouse, what I got was a bedframe. I already had a bed frame. The return was reasonably painless. The sales supervisor had the warehouse guys check and they found an extra set of queen bed rails. They were given to me gratis. They fit my bed very well
