Customer service is awful when you have a problem. Purchased points towards an xbox live game and due to a fold in my receipt, could not read the code. If anyone would have taken the time to explain that if the receipt was damaged, I was out of luck, never would have gone in to try and fix it. Figured I could at least get the receipt re-printed and get my game. I first talked to a nice girl who had to refer me to her manager. She tried to help and tried to at least consider options to help. He essentially did not try to help me at all. Didnt even take a second to try and think of anyway to fix this. Said "I sincerely doubt the receipt was even folded like that by one of our people". Actually it was folded in half when it was handed to me and I further folded it to put it in my purse. Doesnt matter. When I bought it it was clear I had never purchased a game like this before as I asked how it worked and I was NEVER told I could not get it if the code was not legible. He was rude, defensive and insulting. I sincerely hope that someone with a little more customer service sense and in a position to care reads this review. With hundreds of dollars of previous purchases, a $20 game just lost this store ALL of our future business. Sorry but if your "managers" cant even be polite to customers, you are not worth it. Not the only game in town.

This location has usually been good to me for the past few years. Im usually in and out of there within five minutes, however, there was a recent transaction that left me a bit uncomfortable and disturbed with the way they handle preorders. They called me to say that I was allowed to pick up my preorder a day early. I proceeded to this location and picked up my collectors edition of the game. When I went home, I noticed the box had been tampered with, as in, someone had opened it already; I can tell by the way the sticker seal was no longer sticking. It was obvious someone had partially removed the sticker seal, then reapplied it. When I opened my collectors edition, I could tell that the secondary box that contained the statue was also tampered with, because there was already a bend in the flap, the kind of bend that happens when you try to open a box with a flap. I am disappointed and appalled that the employees would help themselves to open someone elses collectors edition preorder just to see the contents, then try to put everything back and pass off the previously opened item to the customer. I guess the next time I pick up a preorder that expensive, I should examine the box first to see if it looks tampered with.

Great customer service, sell great games, personally the only store to go to is gamestop besides the grocery store, I buy EVERYTHING there! And there pre-owned games work like new games, the only difference is that is has a sticker on the case.
